Seascape Beach Golf and Tennis Resort
Escape to Seascape! We have many great rentals to choose from here since Seascape features four condominium towers that overlook the bright white beach. They include Majestic Sun, Ariel Dunes I, Ariel Dunes II, and Empress. All Ocean Reef Resorts guests receive complimentary reduced rates at Seascape for championship golf, tennis, and fun water recreation rentals on the beach. The newly completed Seascape Town Center on the resort grounds features excellent restaurants, lively bars, specialty shops, and unique amusements.
Majestic Sun
This truly "majestic" tower faces the southern "sun" and resembles a giant humanmade sandcastle. Majestic Sun is a well-known treasure in itself with a see-through arch centered between two interconnected luxury towers combined as one. This magnificent masterpiece of design soars 12-stories high above an indoor swimming pool with a cathedral ceiling below. The indoor pool has a wall of floor to ceiling windows allowing you to see the glistening gulf while swimming in a climate-controlled environment. The outdoor pool and bubbling hot tubs have a spacious patio for sunny relaxation. The pool overlooks a palm-lined promenade that provides access to the sugar-white sand beach that extends across 2,000 linear feet of shimmering shoreline. A state of the art fitness center is also on-site. Every residence has a balcony with direct views of the coastline and jeweled waters of the gulf. There are lots of rental choices here since we offer one, two, and three-bedroom properties that accommodate 6 to 10 happy beachgoers. One opulent Penthouse that is a crown jewel high atop the Majestic Sun has five bedrooms with multiple beds that sleeps up to 22 fortunate guests.
The two luxury towers of Ariel Dunes provide an awesomely urbane vacation setting with a Vegas or Miami kind of sophisticated style, but here they overlook the dazzling emerald toned gulf. Each building is crowned with columned porticoes that resemble classic ancient temples, which are dramatically uplighted at night. Both towers are about 200 yards from the 2,000 linear feet of the shimmering crystalline beach it shares with the Majestic Sun.
Ariel Dunes I
The original Ariel Dunes I tower faces the glistening gulf directly down the palm-lined entry boulevard. Two pools span across its base comprising 12,000 square feet of sparkling fun. A shallow "zero-entry" at one end is fun for kids since it also has a splashing mushroom-shaped waterfall. Casual poolside drinks and dining are conveniently available at the colorful Cabana Cafe at the poolside level for favorite drinks, fresh seafood, pizzas or burgers. It's open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Grills are also available, so you may enjoy having a cookout and dining poolside. A fitness center is alson on site. One, two, and three-bedroom rentals sleep six to eight guests while a luxurious Penthouse with four bedrooms sleeps 14 privileged guests.
Ariel Dunes II
Ariel Dunes II, the twin tower of Ariel Dunes I, faces southwest for premium views of spectacular sunsets, especially from October till March, when it sets into the gulf. Ariel Dunes also faces a precious natural coastal dune lake and the adjacent Seascape Resort championship golf course. The three pools beside Ariel Dunes II wrap around its base, providing tropical vistas across the large lovely lagoon and the forested golf course. The pools sit side by side and encompass 11,000 square feet. Guests here will also enjoy a large fitness center that hosts both a steam room and a sauna. One, two, and three-bedroom vacation rentals accommodate 6 to 12 guests.
Empress
Here at Ocean Reef, we offer three-bedroom vacation residences at Empress, which sleep from 6 to 8 happy gulf going guests. This luxury tower at Seascape has a paramount placement between the unique enchanting coastal dune lake and the glorious gulf. Each residence features a beach balcony that spans all the way across with access from two of the bedrooms at each end and the main living area in the center. The tropically landscaped grounds include towering palm trees that sway gently in the breeze. A lagoon-shaped swimming pool with a spacious sun deck for leisurely lounging overlooks this sensational scenery nestled beside the beautiful coastal dune lake. A simmering hot tub nearby also provides soothing relaxation. You may go from the poolside to the beachside in no time at all. The famous Whale's Tail is directly across from Empress on the shore where you may enjoy casual meals, cold beers, favorite drinks, and join in on a game of beach volleyball.
Amalfi Coast Resort
The Amalfi Coast Resort is a perennial favorite among Ocean Reef guests with comments from guests such as "Awesome stay," "Breathtaking," and "Excellent resort!" It graces Scenic Gulf Drive directly across from an ancient towering sugary dune, which marks one of the highest points of elevation along the gulf in Miramar Beach. A charming gazebo takes optimum advantage of these panoramic vista views that extend from the towers of Destin towards the west and Sandestin towards the east. A stairway leads down to the beach below that spans across 120 yards. This resort covers over eight and one half tropically landscaped acres that includes a lovely lagoon accentuated by a fountain that is magically uplighted at night. A pedestrian bridge gracefully spans over the lagoon and leads over to the gazebo beach access. The Amalfi Coast complex curves around two huge sparkling swimming pools that are seasonally heated and sit side by side. They are adorned with rows of palm trees and a very spacious sun patio. The Amalfi Coast also includes a fitness center, lighted tennis courts for comfortable night play, and BBQ grills for a fun family cookout. Surfside Resort
You have probably seen the original icon of design known as Surfside with a dozen rows of giant porthole windows at each level, where it rises sixteen stories above Scenic Gulf Drive next to Seascape. This luxury tower was one of the first to be erected here at this remarkable location. Besides the great locale, it features a swimming pool, twin tennis courts lighted for night play, a basketball court, shuffleboard, a restaurant, bar, and spa. The spacious sun deck surrounding the pool has views of the gleaming gulf and double hot tubs for soothing relaxation. A raised pedestrian bridge connects you directly to the beautiful beach. The Royal Palm Grill Restaurant & Bar is conveniently at pool level serving drinks at a Tiki Hut. Another Tiki Bar on the beach lights bonfires after sunset every Friday and Monday night during the season. Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort
Sandestin is the oldest and one of the most prestigious resorts on the entire Emerald Coast. This 2,400-acre world-class destination is the only one that straddles the whole peninsula from the gulf to the bay. Sandestin's beautifully landscaped resort community is guarded and gated, providing an ambiance of exclusive privileged hospitality for those who are fortunate enough to reside here. Edgewater Resort
Edgewater Beach Resort at the far eastern edge of Scenic Gulf Drive in Miramar Beach is an awesome sight to behold. Towering above the "edge" of the jewel-toned "water" of the gulf, this monumental edifice was inspired by the design of a luxury hotel situated on the French Riviera. This "Southern" Riviera duplicate is a stunning piece of work and an architectural treasure. Edgewater rises in step-like fashion from three stories tall at one end to nineteen stories at the other. This splendid structure looks like a giant multi-tiered luxury ocean liner has just arrived and decided to dock at this particularly beautiful part of the beach. Each tier has a spacious open terrace beside premier residences for panoramic gulf views. All vacation residences include other breezy balconies. The entire crescent-shaped building curves around two lovely lagoon-shaped swimming pools.
