It has a highly sought after locale in the heart of the village center of Grayton Beach. This puts you within easy walking distance of a unique gallery, a surf shop, and two wonderful restaurants with lively bars. Also, a short distance from the beautiful beach and the shores of Western Lake.  This comfortable residence directly faces the gorgeous gulf with only a sugar sand lane between you and the emerald toned waters 100 yards away.

Major renovations to Grayton Beach Duplex East have been recently completed and include new granite counter tops, refinished cabinets, flooring, plumbing fixtures, new furniture, and bedding. Stairs lead up to a furnished covered deck with views of the main village street and glittering gulf. The open living area has a nautical look with a light blue couch and love seat accented by white furnishings. A flat-screen TV for entertainment sits upon a double glass front credenza with shelving. A light gray dining table has a shabby chic beach look with four country chairs that sit beside two creamy white and blue silk prints of a starfish and conch shell. The kitchen has bright custom cabinetry and a lightly mottled granite-topped bar with three saddle-topped stools where you may enjoy savory snacks and drinks.

A hallway leads past a convenient powder room to the Master Bedroom and Guest Room that are connected by a full bath. A king sized bed in the Master is flanked by two charming anchor based bed lamps. The Guest Bedroom has two queen-sized beds beside two sunny windows.  

 The shimmering crystalline shore and jeweled waters of the gulf adjoin Grayton Beach State Park, which was recently named one of the most beautiful beaches in America by Forbes Magazine. Western Lake borders the other end of the village a very short distance away. This coastal dune lake is a rare phenomenon and a precious treasure as they are found hardly anywhere else on Earth. Dunes periodically open a freshwater connection to the salt water and through daily tidal action create a magical water composition that supports abundant wildlife. Besides sunning on the beach and luxuriating in the glowing gulf you may also catch some fish or go explore this lovely lake by paddleboard or kayak.

The laid-back village center of Grayton Beach features a few must-visit destinations. Chiringo is right across the street featuring Spanish style food with tasty tapas and tropical drinks. The famed Red Bar is only a stone’s throw away. Celebrities are sometimes seen here since they provide great food and serve favorite drinks with live music. The Zoo Gallery is very close by featuring vibrant decorative pieces by select artisans from across the nation. You are also minutes away from all of South Walton’s picturesque coastal villages on Scenic 30A with an abundance of restaurants, friendly beach bars, specialty shops, concerts and seasonal festivals.
