Amalfi Coast

The Amalfi Coast complex is located along Scenic Gulf Drive, just across the street from a public beach access. This low-rise gated complex is family-friendly and lushly landscaped. The condo buildings create a half circle around a curated lawn, a private pool area, and a lagoon. A bridge crosses over the lagoon, leading straight toward the sugary sands of the Gulf. The pool area is its own little oasis, featuring two pools separated by a paver walkway lined with palm trees. A sunny deck furnished with lounge chairs creates the perfect spot for sunbathing, reading, or chatting with fellow vacationers. BBQ grills and picnic tables are also provided, allowing guests to cook up their own surf n' turf meals. Another perk of this Miramar Beach complex is the laidback firepit, which is surrounded by brick bench seating and outdoor chairs. As Todd in Leadership mentions, "It's the only condo in Miramar Beach with a fun fire pit!" Additional amenities include an on-site fitness center with several weight machines, tennis courts, and a basketball hoop—great for guests who like to stay active during their vacation.

Ariel Dunes I & II

Overlooking the snow-white sands and jeweled-toned waves of the Gulf, Ariel Dunes I and Ariel Dunes II offer the best of the best for their visitors. As two of the tallest buildings in Miramar Beach, each vacation rental boasts incredible views of the coast. And, of course, furnished balconies where guests can relax and take in the breathtaking views. Ariel Dunes I & II amenities include several swimming pools and an on-site gym. Jim Kelly in Real Estate praised the amenities provided at this laidback complex, saying, "Ariel Dunes II has both a dry sauna and a steam sauna! A gym with multiple TVs to view while working out. Three pools to choose from for cooling off in the summer, with one heated for the winter months! Located within Seascape Resort, there are also four additional pools, pickleball, tennis, a basketball court, and a golf course! Not to mention the spectacular views of the Gulf and sunsets all the way to the harbor." Edwina Bludworth, who is also in our Real Estate department, added that the amenities are great for families with kids, saying, "Ariel Dunes I has multiple pools that are great for children and adults, plus Cabana Café with good food and live music." In addition to all of this, the high-rise complex is less than a five-minute walk to the beach. This means guests can go from lounging at the pool to luxuriating in the Gulf in mere minutes.

Gulfside at Hidden Dunes

Perched atop grassy sand dunes that overlook the beach, Gulfside at Hidden Dunes is a paradise vacation destination. Its views of the Gulf are unparalleled, and it is literally right by the beach. It also boasts amazing vacation amenities. Like Alan in Reservations says, "Gulfside at Hidden Dunes is packed with amenities, including pickleball courts, tennis courts, and multiple pools. In regards to the number of amenities, Gulfside is rivaled only by Seascape Resort in Miramar Beach." The beachfront pool area includes both a refreshing swimming pool and a sauna. An upper deck provides shaded picnic areas, as well as lounge chairs that face the beach. The complex's on-site gym includes several weight and cardio machines. Tennis, pickleball, basketball, cornhole, and horseshoe courts are great for beachgoers that love spending active time outdoors. There is also a fun kid's playground with plenty of shade—perfect for families with young kids.

Majestic Sun

1-5 Bedrooms / 1-7 Baths / 6-22 Guests

Majestic Sun is a popular condo complex, both among our guests and our staff! The complex sits right across from the glittering Gulf shores, offering panoramic beach views from every unit. Its beachside location and swimming pool make this condo complex incredibly family-friendly. The indoor/outdoor pool is unique, in that visitors can enjoy a refreshing swim in any weather. Several team members mentioned it as one of the reasons the complex is so popular. Cameron in Reservations said, "No matter the weather—sunshine or rain—you'll still be able to enjoy yourself at the indoor/outdoor pool." Andrew in Reservations mentioned that it's our only indoor pool, plus "it has the best views." Of course, the pool isn't the only thing Majestic Sun has going for it. The on-site fitness room has lots of cardio machines and mounted TVs and overlooks the pool and beach. Charcoal grills offer vacationers a place to barbecue their own meals. When it comes to amenities, Val in Reservations has nothing but good things to say about Majestic Sun. "The view from every unit is phenomenal. Since it is part of the Seascape Resort, you also have access to a fitness center, golf course, and tennis courts. Just a short walk behind the golf course, you'll find the Seascape Towne Center to relax and have a drink at Lucille's Kitchen or play a game of laser tag at Thrills! You can rent bicycles here too, if you want to venture out for a stroll!" Not a bad place for a vacation, that's for sure!

Mediterranea

2-3 Bedrooms / 2-3 Baths / 6-8 Guests

Mediterranea is a little slice of the Mediterranean right here on the Gulf. It is situated in a half circle around lush lawns and a beachfront swimming pool. As Alan (Reservations) mentioned, "It has one of the largest pools in all of Miramar Beach." The pool features steps on both sides for easy entry. It also has tiered seating along the edges for optimum relaxation. An expansive paver sundeck encircles the pool and hot tub. It is furnished with lounge chairs and shaded picnic tables. Palm trees surround the pool area, adding to the laid-back feel. Todd (Leadership) is a fan of the extensive grassy area surrounding the pool, as it creates a lowkey and relaxed atmosphere. Additional amenities include tennis courts, an on-site fitness facility, and convenient beach access. It is also right next door to Pompano Joe's, a favorite restaurant along Scenic Gulf Drive!

Surfside Resort

2 Bedrooms / 2 Baths / 6-8 Guests

Surfside is another beach-view, high-rise condo complex that offers sensational amenities. Condo units feature stunning views of the beach. For active vacationers, there are tennis courts, shuffleboard courts, and a volleyball court. The swimming pool and two bubbling jacuzzies overlook the beach. Surrounded by a deck and pool chairs, guests will love soaking up the sun beside the pool. One of the unique amenities at Surfside is the sky bridge that crosses over the road from the complex to the beach. Todd (Leadership) and Chase (Reservations) mentioned the sky bridge as a perk when staying at Surfside. "The sky bridge is nice to walk down to the beach or get some drinks at the beach bar." Because, yep, Surfside has its own beach bar! When asked about the amenities, Dan (Maintenance) said, "Surfside has a cool outdoor beachside bar. They also host a weekly beach bonfire that provides smores stuff for families."
