Pets are not permitted for renters here at Ariel Dunes. If you are unable to board your dog, you may want to consider one of our pet friendly vacation rentals.

Exactly how far is the beach in walking distance?

Ariel Dunes is located on the highly sought-after Seascape Resort in Miramar Beach of Destin. Guests may easily walk across the two lane pedestrian-friendly road in less than three-minutes. Enjoy the shore!

Can you rent umbrellas and chairs at the beach? Can you bring your own canopy?

Free seasonal beach service is only included with select properties. If chair and umbrella service is not provided complimentary with the unit, you can easily reserve these items over the phone or directly on the sand. You are welcome to setup a tent/canopy as long as it does not impede the beach service. See you soon!

Is there a Starbucks close by?

Are we allowed to have a golf cart?

Golf carts are permitted at Ariel Dunes with a valid Seascape parking pass. In fact, as an Ocean Reef guest you receive reduced rates!

Do we have our own washer and dryer?

Yes - there is a private washer and dryer included in each unit. Be sure to bring your favorite laundry detergent!

Is the pool heated?

Based on the daily temperature and at the HOA's discretion, the onsite community pool for Ariel Dunes I is typically heated for the week of Thanksgiving and again from Christmas to Easter. The Seascape Tennis Village community pool is typically heated November - March 1st, while the Seascape Boardwalk community pool is typically heated October - April.

Can we park our RV there?

Trailers, RVs, and campers are not permitted. There are, however, multiple RV resorts nearby that we would be happy to refer you to. Please give us a call to discuss!

How many elevators in each tower?

Yes! Each of these items may be reserved at a discounted rate through our preferred Reef Rewards vendors. Please abide by all HOA regulations and park in designated golf cart and bicycle parking locations.
