If you haven't seen Brian Kelley's music video for his song "Beach Cowboy" yet, it's time to go watch it! You'll catch sight of some of your favorite places in Grayton Beach along Scenic Highway 30A.

Inspired by his life in Florida, the Florida Georgia Line singer recently dropped a few new tracks that transport listeners to a tropical paradise. One of these is "Beach Cowboy," which perfectly describes what life is like as a beach cowboy, as he likes to call it. It's fun, laidback, and lighthearted. The song captures his Florida roots and Nashville lifestyle. In an April 2021 People article, Kelley said, "It's a fun way of life to live. We're not always in the sand or by the beach or by the water—real life is working hard and enjoying when you can make the most of the weather."

It's no surprise that Grayton Beach was chosen to be the backdrop for this carefree music video. Grayton Beach is known for its funky, eclectic vibe mixed with the casual relaxation typical of beach living. Perfect for a beach cowboy. The video begins with some gorgeous shots of the Gulf before cutting to Kelley riding "into town on [his] two-wheel steel horse." If you've been to 30A, you know that riding a bike through the quintessential beach towns is one of the best ways to explore this oasis!

As the video progresses, you'll catch glimpses of popular Grayton Beach sites. These include the historic village center, the Red Bar, the pristine beach, and crystalline sand dunes (he even rides by several of our vacation rentals and our office). All the while, Kelley sings about the coast and what makes him a beach cowboy. You'll hear him mention saddling up and paddling up his YOLO—a popular paddleboard brand used by locals and visitors alike to explore South Walton's dune lakes and Gulf waters.

Like everyone else, we love this song and video—not only because it was filmed in one of our favorite places in the world, but because we're fans of Kelley's work in general! His career with Florida Georgia Line has resulted in some amazing and relatable music, including well-known hits like "Cruise," "Simple," and "Dirt."

In addition to Florida Georgia Line, Kelly also co-owns Tribe Kelley with his wife Brittney. The brand boasts transitional fashion pieces that are both comfortable and casual, as well as professional. The Tribe strives to implement ethical and sustainable processes and also donates a portion of proceeds to those who are going through mental health coaching processes.

Even with all of this success, working on a solo project was a lifelong dream of Kelley's. And so, after finishing the Life Rolls On—the fifth Florida Georgia Line album—Kelley got to work. While working on this project, Kelley was able to focus on himself, including what he wanted to say and how he wanted to sing. His "Beach Cowboy" track and music video (along with others) was a culmination of Kelley's hard work and a great way to showcase his personality and creativity. And also a great way to show off the beauty of 30A!
