This stately three-story Mediterranean style vacation home has four bedrooms with multiple beds, bunks, and a sleeper sofa – enabling it to accommodate twelve fortunate guests. It has an excellent location in Blue Mountain Beach, just an arrow's shot away from the beautiful shore. It also has a private pool that is steps away in the backyard for a refreshing dip. The patio includes chairs for lounging under the sun, a grill for fun family cookouts, and an umbrella table for delightful poolside dining.
A gracious entry at Playa Azul includes an arch columned veranda that leads inside through a double set of curved atrium window topped glass doors. The open living, dining, and kitchen areas encompass the entire first floor, which is regally appointed. Ceilings soar above light latte toned tile flooring and feature a partially open staircase with an ornate decorative metal railing that looks down into the living area providing an enchanting look. A trio of tall palatial Corinthian columns separates the living area from the open center kitchen and dining space. A plush taupe-colored wrap around couch and two pastel patterned armchairs provide a comfortable seating ensemble facing handsome cabinetry with shelving for decorative art and a flatscreen TV. A separate wet bar beside it includes a wine rack. A kitchen island framed by two of the columns, all the countertops, and a sidebar are all surfaced in mottled granite, which richly accents the chocolate-colored cabinetry. Three raised black leather bar chairs on the dining room side provide a great place to enjoy cocktails and appetizers while a fun family feast is being prepared. The dining area includes a sumptuous formal set of six white-clothed chairs around the table. A charming vintage sconce chandelier is elegantly suspended above from a magnificent hardwood trimmed tray ceiling decorated with hand-painted palm frond prints in each square. A full bath is tucked in nearby as a convenient powder room and for poolside use.
The staircase sweeps upstairs to a nicely furnished den with a queen-sized sleeper sofa, and a wall-mounted Flatscreen TV for entertainment off the Guest Bedrooms. One of these bedrooms is a second Master Suite with a king-sized bed, two sets of arch-topped glass doors that lead out to a wide balcony, and an en suite luxury bath. Another Guest Bedroom has comfortable cottage styled furnishings with a queen-sized bed and a Romeo & Juliet window balcony. It shares a full hall bath with a nice Kid's Room that has two twin bunks.
The main Master Bedroom encompasses the entire third floor. It's adorned in tropical décor with a king-sized bed, a very romantic balcony with views of the glistening Gulf in the distance, and a luxurious en suite bath that features granite-topped double vanities, a soaking tub, and walk-in shower.

You can walk to popular 30A restaurants nearby in this laid back village, including the Blue Mable Smokehouse, The Red Fish Taco, Redd's Fueling Station, and Johnny McTighe's Irish Pub.
