We are pleased to extend our hospitality and want to let you know about four residential communities along Scenic 30A that feature amazing neighborhood swimming pools. Here our guests enjoy both luxuriating in the gleaming jeweled waters of the nearby gulf and relaxing in a stellar sparkling setting around a lavish community pool. These dazzling poolside 30A destinations include Seacrest Beach North, Prominence, NatureWalk, and Highland Parks. All four of these community pools feature their own unique "personality," and each one provides an outstanding place to enjoy a pampered environment in their own special piece of paradise.

Seacrest Beach North

Seacrest Beach North features the largest swimming pool on this list and has the acclaim of being the biggest one in northwest Florida. It serves the northern residential portion of this idyllic coastal village. This lovely residential enclave features an enchanting golden Americana-styled aura with a number of two- and three-story vacation homes, including front porch verandas and upper-level balconies. Many of these homes in this 30A neighborhood are centered on this sensational swimming pool in a lush, tropically landscaped oasis, while the others are just a short stroll away. This "community pool" actually encompasses thousands of square feet of interconnected swimming pools adjoined on different step-down levels with cascading waterfalls that flow from one into another. A raised pool serves as the crown jewel at one end highlighted by a large circular fountain where children may enjoy refreshing play along with their parents since a spray mists down from its center. The shallow main entry pool is available for kids, and avid swimmers enjoy two long designated lap pools set aside just for them. This captivating setting is bordered by tropical landscaping, accented by towering palm trees and other indigenous plantings. Picnic pavilions are available for outdoor poolside meals with family and friends. Grassy lawns and beautiful gardens include an adjacent outdoor amphitheater that stages occasional community concerts. Prominence

Prominence has a large resort-style swimming pool located in the coastal village center of what they call "The Hub." This picturesque residential 30A community includes single-family residences and attached townhomes with warm Old Florida-styled exteriors and comfortable contemporary interiors. Most have two or three bedrooms that accommodate six to eight happy guests. The Hub serves as the delightful village center near the 5,000 square foot resort-style swimming pool with an expansive stone paver patio studded with tropical palm trees. A convenient restroom facility includes individual bathrooms, showers, and dressing rooms. An outdoor kitchen features multiple stainless steel grills, wet bars, and dining tables which beckon privileged guests to enjoy favorite tropical drinks along with fun family barbeques poolside. Picnic tables along with comfortable outdoor seating are spread out across a grassy lawn and under an open pavilion that provides shade. The Hub also features a wide variety of food venues, including Burgers and fries; Soups, Salads, and Gumbos; Pizza; Tacos; Fresh Seafood; Southern Comfort Food; Smoked Barbeque; Ice Cream Cones, Shakes or Sundaes, and Homemade Desserts. They also have fully stocked bars that serve craft cocktails, tropical drinks, cold beer, and wine. The entire seating and dining area face an events stage. Regularly scheduled musical concerts and family movie nights under the stars are featured throughout the vacation season. Fun festivals are celebrated during special holidays at other times of the year. The gorgeous gulf is a short distance away, and pool guests are easily transported there throughout the day on the seasonal Prominence Beach Shuttle.

NatureWalk

NatureWalk in Seagrove Beach is an enchanting, beautifully designed 155-acre residential community that is aptly named since besides the lush landscaping that has been added. It is surrounded on three sides by the expansive nature preserve known as the Point Washington State Forest. This residential enclave features homes designed in cottage, bungalow, and Americana village styles that evoke a warm nostalgic feel of bygone golden years. It includes primarily two-story homes with four bedrooms that accommodate up to ten carefree guests. Scenic walkways and bike trails meander throughout the neighborhood, interconnecting with a lovely lagoon and forests. The center of NatureWalk is called The Gathering Place. Here is where you'll find the large refreshing swimming pool with multiple angles and a big bubbling hot tub. It is surrounded by a spacious open sun deck completed with paver stone and adorned with tropical palm trees. There is also a splash pool for kids and a lap pool available for adults. A sizeable poolside pavilion features a built-in four-sided entertainment bar with raised seating providing a "gathering place" where guests can enjoy their own favorite tropical drinks. The extended patio includes both covered and open-air tables with some gas grills available so that families, along with their friends, can enjoy having their personal BBQ or picnic. Besides frolicking in the pool, children may enjoy the "Tot Lot," a fun playground for kids, while some of their parents may enjoy a nearby Putting Green. This community also provides an open-air shuttle to and from the beach.

Highland Parks

Highland Parks provides a serene private residential setting in Blue Mountain Beach off Scenic 30A and includes only forty single-family homes. This recently completed 30A community has gracious two-story vacation residences with "Old Florida" styled designs, upper-level balconies, and lovely first-floor verandas. These homes include three or four bedrooms that can accommodate up to ten fortunate guests using multiple beds, bunks, or sleeper sofas. This privileged upscale residential South Walton enclave features a peaceful palatial swimming pool close to all the homes located here. It is heavenly to behold since the pool's curvy sides create a setting around what looks like a tropical lagoon. A small island is adorned with a palm tree in its center, while the spacious patio around it is embellished with five more. A large rectangular Hot Tub nearby sits beside a stone rock outcropping with a waterfall that cascades down into a reflection pool on the other side for a lovely effect. This patio also includes a nice built-in Fire Pit with Adirondack chairs all around it for warm comradery on occasional chilly evenings. A covered pavilion features comfortable outdoor furnishings, a built-in bar, and gas grills for poolside meals or fun entertaining. There are also convenient restroom facilities with dressing rooms and showers on site. A four-story tall Observation Tower next to the pool allows you to climb up and enjoy panoramic vista views of the pristine forested scenery around it. This is entirely appropriate since the village of Blue Mountain Beach marks the highest elevation found anywhere along the entire Gulf of Mexico. This wonderful enclave is located less than a handful of minutes away from the nearest beach access.
