Costa Del Sol, translates as the Coast of the Sun and is very well named. This established low rise townhome complex sits right on the beach along Scenic Gulf Drive in Miramar Beach facing the sun splattered waters of the glorious Gulf of Mexico. The expanse of this private beach has up front and center views across the wide ribbon of sparkling white, quartz crystal sands all the way across the emerald hued waters to the southern horizon. It has been a traditional family destination for many of our Ocean Reef guests each and every year. The location which is at the beachside junction of South Holiday Road and Scenic Gulf Drive provides easy access to Emerald Coast Parkway.

Everyone knows the old real estate mantra "Location, Location, Location!" Well Costa Del Sol has it all. Miramar Beach itself provides guests with the best of both worlds since it is half way between Destin proper and South Walton. You are close to all the action of Destin with its central harbor for deep sea adventures, excellent restaurants and lots of entertainment. You are also close to the laid back coastal beauty that is exemplified by picture perfect villages along Scenic 30A in South Walton which meanders through State Forests as it parallels the gulf. However, you may not even find time to venture very far away from Miramar Beach itself since there is so much to do here. Championship golf courses, musical entertainment, great restaurants and a multitude of shopping adventures abound. The charming Village of Baytowne Wharf and the upscale Grand Boulevard at Sandestin Golf, Beach and Tennis Resort are popular destinations and are literally minutes away. Silver Sands, the nation's largest Designer Outlet, is only a couple of miles away and attracts millions of shoppers every year with up to 70% discounts on a variety of designer clothing and household items. There are also a number of beachside restaurants right along Scenic Gulf Drive which include The Whales Tail, Pompano Joe's, Captain Dave's, The Crab Trap, 790 on the Gulf and the Beachwalk Cafe. If you stay at Costa Del Sol, The Whale's Tail and Pompano Joe's are easily within walking distance. The first is just east of this location and is a great place for grouper sandwiches, a burger and a cold beer. During the Spring and Summer, fun volley ball games are here on the beach which can be viewed from the open, covered deck while you eat. Pompano Joe's is just to the west of Costa Del Sol and looks like a place you might see in Key West. This restaurant has that "Old Florida" feel which is both comfortably rustic but decorated in the kind of bright colors you don't often see elsewhere. Delicious fresh seafood is served here in lofty rooms that usually have big windows open so that patrons can enjoy the breezes of the gulf and hear the surf on pleasant days. You can actually take a short walk along the beach to reach either of these popular places. The other restaurants are just a couple of minutes away by car.

Costa Del Sol C3 is a two bedroom vacation rental that can accommodate six guests since it also includes a sleeper sofa. The tiled living area has windows and doors that look out onto your own balcony with the shimmering gulf in the background. This is comfortably furnished with a light burgundy couch as well as four cushioned high back chairs around the round, glass topped dining table. An adjacent granite topped breakfast bar facing the open kitchen has bar stools for two more. The Master Bedroom Suite and Guest Bedroom are both upstairs and each has a full bath, the second of which is off a hallway. Both rooms have great views of the gulf and the Master Suite has a door that leads out onto the balcony for that morning cup of coffee or evening cocktail.
Costa Del Sol A3 has three bedrooms with three and one half baths which can accommodate up to twelve guests with the use of sleeper sofas provided. This beachfront vacation rental has separate living quarters on the first level apart from the main property which encompasses the second and third floors. This makes it a wonderful choice if two families are sharing their vacation but want a little bit of privacy. The main section of the property is elegantly furnished with light sea foam green, beige and burgundy colored accents. The open kitchen has been updated with stainless steel appliances, handsome wood cabinetry and a wide granite topped counter with two bar stools. The Master Suite has a big king sized bed, a private bath and individual access to the gulf side balcony. The cheery Guest Suite has two twin beds along with a cushioned window seat where you can read your beach novel. The separate Guest Quarters is like a one room apartment with a nicely decorated living room and private bedroom. Two cute bunk beds are right off the living area which also includes a queen sized sleeper sofa. There is also a granite topped wet bar that includes a small Refrigerator and Microwave oven.
Costa Del Sol B2 has a similar layout and can also sleep twelve guests, some of which are in the Guest Quarters, which in this unit is accessible from an interior staircase. This vacation rentals is also tastefully furnished but is accented in warm earth tones. Like the others it has doors leading out onto the beach porch and the elegant Master Suite on the third floor has private access to its own breezy balcony along with a private bath. The Guest Bedroom on the same level has two double beds and also has a window seat. Downstairs on the second level the living area has a long glass topped oval table with six arch backed wooden chairs carved to look like palm fronds. The white open kitchen has three bar stools facing a wide breakfast bar for extra dining or just kibitzing while having drinks. (Isn't that where everyone always ends up anyway, next to the kitchen?) The separate Guest Quarters also has its own entrance from the beach along with a spacious living area and a queen sized sleeper sofa. The private bedroom includes a queen sized bed along with immediate access to the full bath.
