This house is such a great location. On 30A, but a quieter area. The walk to the beach was about 4 minutes with a 3 year old and 5 year old. There is a new public access right across the street that makes it very quick and is a great place for the kids to play. Also, not many people use this access so it wasn’t crowded at all. The views are absolutely stunning of the beach across the street and the lake in the back yard. The pool and hot tub was where we spent any time that was not on the beach, it was wonderful for our small kids! The house is very functional and there was space for everyone to relax after playing!

Nestled along the shores of Stallworth Lake and bordered by the untouched beauty of Topsail Hill Preserve State Park, this charming four-bedroom haven combines Floridian flair with a relaxing lakeside setting.

The main living area is all about bright, coastal comfort with beach-washed hardwood floors, plantation shutters, and white linen-draped columns on a dreamy, covered veranda that wraps around the home. Slide open the glass doors, pour a tropical drink, and sink into the moment—the lake views and Gulf breezes are that good.

Inside, the welcoming vibe continues with comfy seating, a charming cottage-style dining table, and a marble-topped kitchen bar that's perfect for gathering over vacation snacks and fresh seafood dinners.

The Primary Suite on the first floor boasts a king-size bed, a rustic beach-chic headboard, and an ensuite bath with both a soaking tub and walk-in shower. Upstairs, a bonus den with a TV and balcony access leads to a second king bedroom and two separate bunk rooms—one with a queen bunk and another with two twin bunks—making it an ideal setup for families or multiple couples traveling together.

Beyond the doorstep, you'll find endless opportunities for lake exploration, quiet beach walks along the remote shoreline, and proximity to everything South Walton and Destin have to offer, from festivals and concerts to dining and shopping adventures.

This home felt very private and secluded. The color schemes and furniture throughout the house are peaceful and the space is light and airy. The house is situated on a coastal dune lake and the outdoor porches provide an incredible view of the sunset over the lake. Across the neighborhood street is a private beach that guests have access to. We were approached by a friendly volunteer who wanted to ensure we were staying nearby as there is a rope dividing the private beach from the public state park, but aside from this we had no issues accessing and enjoying the neighborhood beach. The house was in immaculate condition when we arrived and I must give a shoutout to the cleaning crew because it was spotless. Communication was excellent between staff and the check-in and check-out process couldn't have been more simple. We plan on returning to "Here Comes the Sun" as soon as possible and plan on renting through Ocean Reef again. Very impressed and thankful for such a great experience! Thank you!!
