Because most Destin and Emerald Coast rental companies only offer weekly rentals, a shorter trip requires vacationers to book a hotel or motel room. And that just isn't the same as staying in your own private, luxury condo residence!

At our properties, guests have access to a number of cool vacation amenities, including reduced prices for golf and tennis, convenient beach and pool access, complimentary museum tickets, a free beach portrait, fun freebies at local restaurants, and other area discounts. In addition to these amenities, guests also have the option of dining in, as the majority of the vacation properties come with a kitchen. The best part is you'll find that you pay less and get more by choosing the home-like environment of our rental properties versus a hotel room. Many of our repeat rental guests are well aware of this fact which is why they come back to stay in our Ocean Reef Resorts properties every year.

During the peak season, most of our rentals require a weeklong stay from Saturday to Saturday; however, if there are still availabilities left about 30 days prior to arrival, they are opened up for shorter stays. So, make sure you're on the lookout if you have a last-minute trip planned!

Alerio

Located on Scenic Gulf Drive in Miramar Beach, Alerio is a low-density condo ideally situated near the beach and fun things to do on the Emerald Coast. Our available Alerio nightly rentals feature three bedrooms and can accommodate up to eight guests. Each condo unit is chic, yet laid back, providing the perfect setting for a weekend getaway in paradise. When booking a stay here, Alerio guests enjoy spacious bedrooms, master suites with en-suite baths, kitchens with granite countertops and stainless-steel appliances, open living spaces, and beach-inspired décor.

Lush property grounds ensure you feel right at home in a beautiful, paradise setting. There are towering palms, palmettos, and coastal flowers and shrubs dotting the landscape. The beach is located directly across the street, making it easy to relax on those glittering shores at any time throughout the day. Other condo amenities include a swimming pool, bubbling hot tub, paver sundeck, BBQ grills, a picnic area, and a mini splash pad for the kids.

Ariel Dunes

Ocean Reef has many vacation rentals available at Ariel Dunes, which features two luxury, high-rise towers that boast gorgeous views of the Gulf and the surrounding coastal area. Ariel Dunes I and Ariel Dunes II each offer nightly rentals. These Las Vegas-inspired buildings are each crowned with columned, neoclassical porticos on top, which are lit up at night for an awesome effect. The one-, two and three-bedroom vacation rentals available are spacious, with large living and dining areas, private vista balconies, and contemporary kitchens.

The condo features four large swimming pools total. One of them contains a cool, mushroom-shaped waterfall feature that is fun for kids and adults alike. The pools are raised up to allow for awesome views, and each has an expansive sun deck, chaise lounges, and outdoor tables for hanging out. Nearby, stainless steel gas grills are available for guests to cook up a poolside meal for family and friends.

Bahia

Bahia translates to "Bay" in Spanish, so it's no surprise that you'll find the Bahia condo complex perched on the edge of Choctawhatchee Bay. As part of the popular Sandestin Resort, Bahia offers guests a quiet stay and relaxed accommodations, making it easy to enjoy a coastal vacation. Bahia vacation rentals are either studios or one-bedrooms that accommodate four vacationers. The intimate quarters make it perfect for a romantic vacation with your honey.

Condo amenities also help visitors to relax, take things slow, and really enjoy their time off. This location includes incredible views of the gorgeous Bay and lush coastal surroundings. There is also an expansive pool area that features a lagoon-shaped swimming pool, hot tub, and children's wading pool. The sunny patio that surrounds the pool is dotted with palm trees and lush plants to create a lovely tropical oasis. When you're ready to trade in the freshwater for some salt water, you can take the complimentary beach tram right to the beach. Additionally, Bahia's convenient Sandestin location is in the heart of the Village of Baytowne Wharf, an enchanting village full of restaurants, bars, shops, seasonal events, outdoor music, fireworks shows, fun activities, and more.

Bayside at Sandestin

Baysdie at Sandestin is another Sandestin condo complex located on the shores of the Choctawhatchee Bay. The studio condo rental option accommodates two vacationers. It's perfect for a spur-of-the-moment romantic escape with your other half! The available Ocean Reef unit features a king-size bed, sunny balcony, and front-row views of the bay. Guests will enjoy provided amenities, which include a community pool, Tiki Bar, and a beach tram. Next door is the Sunset Bay Café, and the property is also located near one of the Sandestin Resort golf courses and to the Village of Baytowne Wharf.

Beachside Towers II

If you're looking for a weekend vacay right on the beach, Beachside Towers II might be the place for you! Nestled along the shimmering shores of the Gulf, Beachside Towers II is a high-rise condo with comfortable accommodations, incredible beach views, and A+ vacation amenities. The one-bedroom condo units are available nightly and can host four. The rentals feature sunny interiors that are warm and welcoming, as well as sliding glass doors that lead to a breezy patio. The bedrooms are cozy and spacious, and each has its own TV for evening entertainment. In addition to lovely accommodations, guests will enjoy close proximity to the beach—it's right across the pool deck! There is also a beachside swimming pool surrounded by a palm-studded sundeck. Other amenities include a fitness center, beach tram, and BBQ grill.

Ciboney

Ciboney is a low-rise condominium located in Destin's Miramar Beach with weekend availability. The complex sits just across the street from the beach, so visitors will find themselves soaking up the sun and wiggling their toes in the sand in no time. The complex has two-bedroom rental options, perfect for a weekend girl's trip or a quick family vacation. The units feature an open floorplan that combines the living, kitchen, and dining space—creating a comfortable gathering spot for the group. In addition to close proximity to the beach, guests will love the provided amenities. These include a sparkling swimming pool and tennis courts.

Crystal Sands

Destin's Crystal Beach community is home to Crystal Sands, a three-level condo complex that overlooks the glittering Gulf. Available units include one to two bedrooms, and can accommodate between six and twelve vacationers (only select units permit nightly rentals). One-bedroom condos are located on the first floor. Two-bedroom units occupy two-story condos, which feature a bonus loft for extra sleeping space. Each rental boasts unparalleled views of the beach and rolling waves through sliding glass doors and from Gulf-front balconies. The interiors are bright, spacious, and relaxing. Guests have access to condo amenities, which include a community pool and boardwalk access to the beach. The condo's location also places guests near a variety of coastal amusements, such as the Destin Commons shopping center, Big Kahunas, popular restaurants, and shopping.

Grand Caribbean

Grand Caribbean is another condo in Crystal Beach that allows nightly rentals. With one bedroom, the condo unit is an intimate getaway spot for two. And everyone knows there's nothing more romantic than a last-minute trip to the beach with your love! Here, guests will enjoy an open living area with comfortable furnishings and coastal décor, an ample kitchen, and relaxing sleeping accommodations. The property is a two-minute walk to the beach, and has a private swimming pool and hot tub.

Gulfside at Hidden Dunes

Located in Miramar Beach, Gulfside at Hidden Dunes is a high-rise condominium with brilliant views, luxe amenities, and laidback living accommodations. Ocean Reef offers nightly bookings for two-bedroom units, which can entertain up to six beachgoing guests. The beachfront vacation rentals all feature a wall of sliding glass doors and windows that overlook the Gulf. The doors open onto a furnished beachfront balcony, where guests can sip a tropical cocktail, listen to the waves, and enjoy the Florida weather. Inside, the space is inviting, with comfortable furnishings, fully equipped kitchens, and large bedrooms. When you stay at Gulfside, you receive access to all the resort's amenities, like the refreshing pool and bubbling hot tub. There is an on-site fitness center, as well as tennis courts, a basketball court, horseshoes, cornhole, and a children's playground for outdoor recreation. Vacationers can access the beach via a boardwalk that crosses over the sand dunes and leads directly to the sugary sands.

Because your long weekend or midweek break will be a quick getaway, you may want to get here fast before you take things slow. Southwest recently added inexpensive non-stop flights to Destin from select cities like Nashville, Dallas, and Chicago. If you need to, check out the top three airports near Destin to start planning your flights. The Ft. Walton Valparaiso (VPS) airport is only thirty minutes "door-to-door" from many of our Destin properties. The Panama City International Airport (ECP) is a short drive from our rental properties at the eastern end of Scenic 30A in South Walton. Flying instead of driving to paradise can save you precious hours so that you have more time to enjoy your mini-vacay.
