This newly completed Miramar Beach vacation home has eight bedrooms with multiple beds, loads of creature comforts, and sleeps up to twenty-five beach-seeking guests. It includes guest suites on three levels in addition to multiple living areas. Located within the exclusive gated community of Snowdrift, it is less than a two-minute walk to the private neighborhood beach access. This makes it a perfect place to spend a fun, memorable beach reunion with family and friends.

Atlantis is a true vacation paradise featuring a massive resort-style lagoon-shaped private pool studded with a trio of palm trees. It includes an expansive paver stone patio for sunny relaxation. A unique pavilion with a swim-up bar juts into the water where you may enjoy your favorite drinks poolside. A bubbling hot tub cascades down into the pool on the opposite side. Comfortable furnishings span a large covered patio with a wet bar and gas grill. A wall-mounted flatscreen TV above the bar is provided for that “must-see” game. Accessible from the patio is a convenient pool bath powder room for freshening up after a mid-day swim. Indoors, a large game room has a wall of windows overlooking the pool area and glass doors leading out to the poolside veranda. The game room features a full built-in bar with seating, a billiards table, and a poker table. This level also includes two crisp, bright guest bedrooms with a king-sized bed in one and a queen in the other. Each bedroom includes a luxury ensuite bath with a walk-in shower. One has a sunny window view overlooking the expansive pool deck.

Upstairs, the second floor features another comfortably furnished balcony off the open living area that spans its entire width. It overlooks the lavish pool deck, which lights up at night for a magical effect. Beach washed hardwood tile flooring, multiple windows with glass doors, and creamy white contemporary furnishings throughout this home highlight its spaciousness. The living room includes a plush blue wraparound couch and matching love seat. Both are flanked by a pair of white armchairs. This comfortable seating ensemble faces an extra-wide flatscreen TV above a credenza for entertainment. There are two separate rectangular dining tables beneath unique twin blue stained glass fixtures suspended from above. Each table includes eight sleek high-backed chairs for fun group dining. Additional raised white chairs nearby on a large kitchen island allow everyone in your group to enjoy a fun feast together. The state-of-the-art kitchen provides everything needed to create culinary delights. It includes brushed stainless steel appliances with a large gas range and hooded vent, an extensive side-by-side refrigerator, and plenty of cabinet space for storage. Two more guest suites are also on this level. Each includes a king-sized bed, a private ensuite bath with a walk-in shower, and vivid window views facing the front of the home. One of the king suites features a custom-built twin bunk nook perfect for a small family of four. A convenient hallway powder room is also provided to serve the second-floor living quarters.

Two deluxe Master Bedroom Suites and two Guest Bedrooms are on the top level, each with private luxury ensuite baths. The two spacious Master Suites include king-sized beds, balcony access, luxurious baths with deep soaking tubs, double vanity sinks, and walk-in showers. Another Guest Bedroom also has a king-sized bed with balcony access and an ensuite bath featuring a walk-in shower. The other Guest Bedroom has a king-sized bed and shared access to a full hall bath. A neighboring bonus den includes a nice seating area, a wall-mounted flatscreen TV, and balcony access for sensational gulf views. This relaxing seating ensemble also converts into a queen and twin-sized sleeper sofa for additional bedding. A bonus room nearby with two twin bunk beds is perfect for the kids, each with a private wall-hung flatscreen TV for evening entertainment.

This Miramar Beach locale is near popular gulf front restaurants with beach bars, grocery stores, and bargain shopping at the famous Silver Sands Premium Outlets. Dining, drinking, shopping adventures, and delights are also nearby at swank Grand Boulevard and the enchanting Village of Baytowne Wharf at Sandestin.
