Welcome to Family Tides 30A, a charming two-story vacation home in Blue Mountain Beach that perfectly blends comfort and coastal elegance. With four bedrooms, this delightful rental retreat accommodates up to ten guests, making it ideal for a memorable beach getaway.

Located just off Scenic 30A, Family Tides is a short stroll from the beautiful white sand shore, a lavish community pool, multiple putting greens, shuffleboard courts, and a state-of-the-art fitness center.

Family Tides 30A's exterior exudes coastal charm with its serene pale blue facade and white trim, complemented by a columned veranda where Adirondack chairs invite you to relax and unwind. Inside, the first floor features a bright and open living area, complete with comfortable seating draped in creamy white slipcovers, a large flatscreen TV, and tasteful beach-themed decor. The adjacent dining area includes a rustic hardwood table in a cozy alcove, perfect for lingering meals, while the kitchen is equipped with custom white cabinetry and stainless steel appliances, ready for any culinary creation. A glass door leads to a patio with a gas grill, ideal for alfresco dining.

One of the four bedrooms is conveniently located on the first floor, featuring cottage-style furnishings and a queen-size bed with direct access to a full bath. Upstairs, the primary bedroom offers a king-size bed, a private veranda, and an ensuite bath with double vanity sinks, a soaking tub, and a walk-in shower. The other two guest bedrooms include a king-size bed in one and a twin and full bed in the bunk room, both sharing a full hall bath. Each bedroom is equipped with a flatscreen TV for your entertainment.

Family Tides places you close to the vibrant coastal villages along 30A, with Seaside to the east and Gulf Place to the west, each offering a unique mix of dining, shopping, and cultural experiences. Blue Mountain Beach, where this charming home is located, is a unique and beloved coastal village known for its towering sand dunes and laid-back, almost bohemian atmosphere. The area’s namesake comes from early Spanish explorers who mistook the blooming Blue Lupine flowers on the dunes for distant blue mountains. This mostly residential community offers a peaceful retreat with a touch of local artistry. You’ll find popular eateries, a charming old-fashioned ice cream parlor, a wonderful bakery, and Walton County’s oldest health food store, "For the Health of It," which features organic produce, smoothies, and homeopathic remedies.
