Lighthouse by the Sea is like two homes connected as one with two living, dining, and kitchen areas, making it a great place for a fun big beach reunion. The entry living area uses an open-concept design with a vaulted ceiling that accentuates its space. A cocoa-colored couch that doubles as a sleeper sofa and a matching love seat face a flat-screen TV on a white credenza. A dining table for six with four additional chairs at the breakfast bar is at the other end of this room beside the ample kitchen. A large Master Bedroom features a sunny bay window, a king bed, and an ensuite bath with a tub/shower combination and dual vanities. Two comfortably appointed Guest Bedrooms with queen-sized beds share a full hall bath.  

Another spacious living area includes a blonde toned couch that converts into a sleeper sofa, a matching love seat, and accent chair that face a mounted TV. Four tropically inspired woven chairs beside a round glass table along with four raised chairs near a granite-topped kitchen bar provide seats for drinks and dining. An adjoining screened porch connects to the pool area. A spacious Master Bedroom with a king-sized bed upstairs includes a large en suite bathroom with a soaking tub and separate shower. An attached vibrantly colored kid's bonus room contains one full size and two twin beds.

This convenient Destin location in Crystal Beach places guests halfway between all the action at HarborWalk Village as well as enchanting family fun at Sandestin's Baytowne Wharf - and bargain shopping at the famous Silver Sands Premium Outlets in Miramar Beach. Grocery stores, wine outlets, and the Disneyesque Destin Commons retail village are nearby. Destin Commons consistently rates as the top shopping destination in the area with a myriad of designer clothing boutiques, specialty stores, restaurants and a state of the arts Multiplex Theater. Three Crystal Beach restaurants are minutes away along Scenic Highway 98. The "Beachwalk Cafe" is an award-winning gourmet restaurant with exquisite gulf front views. It is a great vantage point for spectacular sunsets towards the west, which are totally unobstructed since it borders the vast expanse of Henderson Beach State Park.
