Besides the beautiful beach, guests enjoy two sparkling swimming pools. The south pool is centered between the two buildings near the sugary shoreline. This tropically landscaped area features an expansive pool patio adorned with palms, a bubbling hot tub, and a wading pool for the kids. There is also a colorful playground nearby with a unique mini waterfall where they can frolic around in delight as it splashes down upon them. A walkway leads across the lovely grounds from this pool to the resort’s private shimmering shoreline, which features a complimentary beach service. Another pool is located across the grounds on the north side of the resort. Two grilling stations invite you to enjoy fun outdoor cookouts with family and friends. A fitness center that overlooks the pool includes showers, dressing areas, and a sauna. There are also four tennis courts, a basketball court, and shuffleboard with lights for night play. An arcade game room is provided for kids when not splashing around at the beach or in the pool.

Mainsail 216 is a first-floor residence with a furnished balcony overlooking the tropical grounds and the glistening gulf in the distance. The balcony spans from the open living area to the primary bedroom suite, with direct access from each. Residents have a private staircase that quickly leads from the patio down to the lush lawn centered on a lagoon studded with palm trees and a walkway over to the sugary beach. The open living area with gulf views has a tan couch, a dark leather lounge chair, and a plush brown armchair. They face a large flatscreen TV mounted on a rustic mottled granite top cabinet for entertainment. A charming round glass-topped pedestal table has four creamy white wicker chairs with tropically patterned cushioned seats near a malted granite-topped kitchen bar. The kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, dark cabinetry, and two raised wicker chairs to enjoy drinks and tasty appetizers.

The primary bedroom has an upscale look with a king-size bed, molasses-toned straw-woven side tables, elegant white lamps, and a flatscreen TV on a dresser for evening entertainment. An ensuite bath includes a vanity area and a separate tub-shower combination. The light colorful guest bedroom with two twin beds has a sunny window and access to a full hall bath with a tub shower combination.

Mainsail’s premier location in Miramar Beach is near popular gulf front restaurants with friendly bars, grocery stores, and one of the nation’s largest designer discount centers famously known as the Silver Sands Premium Outlets. Restaurants with casual bars, specialty shops, fashion boutiques, fine clothiers, and a multiplex movie theater featuring a VIP dining area to view films are only minutes away at the stylish Sandestin Golf & Beach Resort town center of Grand Boulevard. The absolutely enchanting Village of Baytowne Wharf, which was inspired by architecture in the New Orleans French Quarter, is also at Sandestin. It features a long scenic dock stretching out into the expansive bay, wonderful restaurants with lively bars, specialty shops, unique family amusements, fun year-round festivals, outdoor concerts, and vibrant seasonal firework displays.
