Sugaree Sands

If you are searching for a beach vacation rental that can accommodate 20 members of your family and friends, then we have a beautifully decorated and spacious rental on the south side of Scenic 30A. This unique 30A beach home is ideal for multiple beach-going groups. This property is made up of two units with identical floorplans. There are two separate units, perfect for friends, multiple families and extended family members to vacation together but spread out with two separate open living, dining, kitchen areas, laundry, three bedrooms, three bathrooms and a bunk nook in each unit. After everyone enjoys their own space, you can gather back together around the private pool and grilling area.  Oh yeah, and it's only a short stroll (with no major roads to cross) to the shimmering white shoreline and jewel-toned waters of the Gulf in Seagrove Beach. You will also enjoy a beach set up (Mar 1-Oct 31), four bikes, and the private plunge pool can be heated upon request.

The upstairs residence of Sugaree Sands is full of natural light and has a balcony facing the gulf. The Great Room has soaring cathedral ceilings and is open to the kitchen. There is a dining room table,  large sectional couch, lounge chair and four bar stools overlooking the beautiful white kitchen with white quartz countertops. The Primary Bedroom has a king-sized bed, an ensuite bath with double vanity sinks, a soaking tub, along with a double walk-in shower. There is a set of twin built-in bunk beds in the hallway. One Guest Bedroom with an ensuite bath has a king-sized bed, while another Guest Bedroom with charming cottage-styled furnishings includes two queen-sized beds that has direct access to a full shared hall bath.

The downstairs residence of Sugaree Sands has an open Great Room that leads out to a covered veranda overlooking a refreshing plunge pool and grilling area. This room has a large, plush sectional couch, two dining tables, and four bar stools looking into the white kitchen with quartz countertops. It is a wonderful setting for lots of social time together.  The Primary Bedroom includes a king-sized bed and an ensuite bathroom with a deep soaking tub, two vanity sinks, and a double walk-in shower. There is a twin built-in bunk bed nook in the hallway. One Guest Bedroom features an ensuite bath and has a king-sized bed. The other beautifully appointed guest bedroom has direct access to a full shared hall bath and two comfortable queen-sized beds.

This prime location in Seagrove Beach is in the heart of the idyllic world of Scenic Highway 30A. It is close to wonderful local restaurants, including Café 30A, which is famously known for gourmet seafood and martini specials; Angelina's for delicious home style Italian meals; Mi Casita for zesty Mexican food and the Perfect Pig Grill & Fish House, which offers a mouthwatering array of tantalizing treats. It is also a short walk or bike ride to the new Greenway Station. Greenway Station is full of shops, dining, ice cream, coffee, wine and the new Salty Butcher wine bar and butcher shop. Iconic Seaside and the enchanting Dutch Colonial-styled Village of Rosemary Beach are just minutes away. Sugaree Sands is situated directly in the middle of WaterColor and WaterSound. Each village on 30A features additional great restaurants, friendly beach bars, fashion boutiques, specialty shops, outdoor concerts, fun festivals, and seasonal firework displays.
