This splendid vacation home, with seven bedrooms and seven-and-one-half bathrooms, comfortably accommodates up to 28 guests, making it perfect for large beach reunions. Each of its three levels offers spacious guest quarters, ensuring privacy and comfort for all. Located just three blocks from the sugary shoreline and shimmering Gulf waters, a brief three-to-four-minute stroll or a quick ride in the complimentary six-seater golf cart will have you on the beach in no time. Back at the house, a private, sparkling 13x22 swimming pool—heat-able during cooler days—invites you to relax, while the backyard boasts a columned veranda with cozy seating, a pergola with a picnic table for outdoor dining, and a gas grill for unforgettable poolside barbecues.

Watercolors include an open living, dining, and kitchen area on the first floor with a comfortable coastal-styled look. White shiplap walls are accented by dark hardwood vinyl floors throughout. A seating area comprises a gray leather wraparound couch with a love seat facing a large wall-mounted flatscreen TV for entertainment. Decorative art includes vivid images of sea life and shimmering seascapes as a subtle reminder that you have made it to the beach! The dining area consists of a plank-topped hardwood table with a long bench on one side and six tall tropical straw-woven chairs on the other. Additional guests may be seated at a mottled granite entertainment island nearby in the open kitchen, which includes custom white cabinetry and brushed stainless-steel appliances for culinary delights. A guest bedroom on this level has a king-size bed and an ensuite bath with a tub-shower combination, while an extra half bath serves as a convenient powder room.

Venturing up to the second floor, a den with a wet bar includes a wine cooler and sink for serving up delicious drinks, while a plush couch doubles as a queen-sized sleeper sofa. Also on this floor are the primary suite and two guest quarters. Each includes a king-size bed and fashionable furnishings with coastal or cottage-styled decor. The primary suite features an ensuite bath with a walk-in shower and balcony access overlooking the swimming pool, which can be beautifully lit at night. One guest bedroom includes an ensuite bath, while the other has shared balcony access and utilizes a hallway bathroom. Laundry facilities are also provided on this level to ensure your beach gear remains fresh for another fun-filled day in the sun!

The third floor houses the three remaining guest quarters. One features a large king-size bed with an attached walk-in shower, while another is perfect for kids or young adults with two full-size bunks and an ensuite bath with a walk-in shower. Finally, an exciting game room doubles as a bonus guest room with dual bunk beds, a queen sleeper sofa, foosball, an arcade table, a flatscreen TV, and a bathroom with a walk-in shower. This open room also has balcony access with distant gulf views.

This wonderful Miramar Beach locale is minutes from popular restaurants and friendly beach bars along Scenic Gulf Drive. One of them, Pompano Joe’s, is just three blocks away, right on the gulf where you can access the beach. This colorful place provides delicious seafood and drinks in a laid-back Key West-style setting. Seascape is also nearby, offering Ocean Reef Resorts guests complimentary discounts for championship golf, professional tennis, and fun beach recreational rentals. Grocery stores and bargain shopping for world-class designer goods at the famous Silver Sands Premium Outlets are also conveniently close by.
