The first floor beach level boasts a large covered columned porch that looks down upon the sparkling sugary shore and emerald toned gulf. Travertine marble tile surrounds a refreshing Plunge Pool while casual comfortable furniture beckons you to relax with your favorite tropical drink. A portion of the Guest Quarters is on this level with a king size bed in one room and a cheerful bunk room in the other. There is also a full hall bath that doubles as a convenient powder room, so you may shower off after spending time down on the beach.

The main living area on the second floor is professionally decorated with a sophisticated contemporary casual elegance that is both stylish and relaxed. A cream colored couch, a plush scroll topped love seat and pleasing pastel blue accent chairs provide a seating ensemble near a wall of glass doors that provide views of the glistening gulf along with easy access to a breezy beachfront balcony. Comfortable chairs and a table allow you to drink or dine al fresco while overlooking the shimmering beach and listening to the soothing surf sounds. Decorative art include a large whimsical Seahorse Panel and vase palm fronds for Floridian flair. A flat screen TV sits above a crisp credenza for evening entertainment. A dining table with four sleek high backed chairs is next to the open handsome kitchen that features gleaming stainless steel appliances for creating a fun family feast. Two raised stools sit nearby beside a granite topped bar where favorite drinks and savory appetizers may be easily served. Richly toned hardwood flooring provides a warm glow from room to room. A lovely nautically attired Guest Bedroom on this floor has a king size bed and access to a full hall bath.

The Master Bedroom and another Guest Bedroom upstairs each have full luxury baths en suite. The charming Guest Bedroom is decorated with serene colors with a nice queen size bed. The spacious Master Suite has a king size bed, a triple wall of double glass doors and its own romantic private beachfront balcony where you may enjoy the sensational scenery.

Nearby a neighborhood pool includes a lushly landscaped privately gated oasis with bathrooms and showers. The awesome Scenic Gulf Drive address is close to popular beachfront restaurants, grocery stores, wine outlets and abundant amusements minutes away at Baytowne Wharf as well as Grand Boulevard in Sandestin.

First Floor: King bedroom, wet bar, and full bath + two queen bunk room.

Second Floor: Living room, dining area, kitchen, king bedroom, and hall bath.

Third Floor: Master king bedroom with full bath, queen bedroom with full bath, laundry area.

Tents and canopies are not allowed on the beach. Large umbrellas can be rented through the onsite beach service.

Allotted parking for three cars at the house. Please ask a reservationist about additional parking.

Based on the daily temperature and at the HOA's discretion, the community pool is typically heated during holiday weeks and spring break.
