Frangista Breeze is actually two side-by-side homes combined into one. This makes it perfect for a reunion of separate parties who want to vacation together but prefer their own space. Think anniversaries, corporate retreats and other gatherings with different age groups or people. The glittering luminescent gulf is right at your back door, and you’re also close to freshwater refreshment as each side has its own private splash pool. Frangista Beach also features a centrally located lushly landscaped private oasis that features a secluded private pool, a patio decorated with columned arbors, bathroom facilities, and showers.
 
Each portion of this gracious three-story beach home includes five beautifully decorated bedrooms interspersed on each floor, a veranda on the first floor that includes a refreshing Plunge Pool, lavish open living areas on the second floor and well-appointed Master Suites on the top floor with private balconies.

Third Day has stylish Modern Vintage décor that includes a pastel blue contemporary couch, creamy white leather armchairs with ottomans and a dining table with four tall white sway back chairs. The beach balcony includes high end woven furnishings for leisurely lounging. Three sleek raised chairs beside the mottled granite-topped bar face the contemporary kitchen. This home has a distinctive colorful Florida décor and comfortable top of the line furnishings. Each room is cheerfully decorated in a rainbow of tasteful colors that includes sky blue, apricot, rose, lavender, green and gold.   

Frangista Royale features an open space that is elegant and comfortable with a light cocoa colored couch, two tropically inspired armchairs and a flat screen TV for entertainment. A wall of windows provides views of the glistening gulf and leads to a breezy balcony with table seating to enjoy favorite drinks and savory snacks. A formal dining table seats six and two raised sway backed bar chairs with rich tropical patterned fabric face the open kitchen. A scroll sided bar has a sleek black granite countertop that accents the custom cabinetry and gleaming stainless steel appliances.

These combined homes have an awesomely convenient location in Miramar Beach near favorite gulf front restaurants with friendly beach bars like Pompano Joe's and The Whale's Tail, which are both a short beach stroll away. Grocery stores, wine outlets and bargain shopping at the famous Silver Sands Premium Outlets are close by. Ocean Reef Resorts guests receive complimentary special discounts at nearby Seascape for championship golf, tennis and water recreational rentals. Restaurants, lively bars specialty shops, free concerts, seasonal festivities, and abundant amusements are minutes away at the charming Village of Baytowne and Grand Boulevard in Sandestin.

Third Day -

First Floor: Queen bedroom with wet bar, bath, and balcony with splash pool. Bunk room with two Queen/Twin bunks and Queen Sleeper Sofa.  Laundry area.

Second Floor: Living Room, Dining Room, Kitchen; balcony; Twin bedroom and bath (also accessible from hall).

Third Floor: King bedroom with wet bar, bath; balcony; Queen bedroom with full bath.

*add $35.00 per day to heat pool (available Oct-April if needed)

Frangista Royale -

Tents and canopies are not allowed on the beach. Large umbrellas can be rented through the onsite beach service.

The Frangista Homeowner Association requires special permitting and an event fee for all weddings. Please contact a representative for additional details if you plan to host an event.
