This beach home is well-located in Blue Mountain Beach, which has been awarded a national "Blue Wave" designation for the pristine cleanliness of the sugar sand shoreline. It borders the extensive Pt. Washington State Forest which is comprised of thousands of acres complete with inland tributaries, lush marshlands and coastal dune lakes.

About Time at Redfish is a four story home that has five-bedrooms, four full bathrooms, two half bathrooms. and plenty of space for gracious living. It overlooks Big Redfish Lake which is a rare and beautiful natural phenomenon. These exotic lakes are found in only three other spots in the world. Sand dunes separate them from the gulf which periodically open and close providing a mix of salt and fresh artisan waters. This home features it's own private dock great for fishing and kayaking, while rooftop views encompass the lake and glistening jewel toned gulf beyond. Guest quarters are located on all three floors which makes it extremely hospitable for family groups.

The first floor has an open living area with rich cabinetry comprising a Kitchenette/Wet Bar, sink, microwave and mini refrigerator for drinks. A sleeper sofa faces a flat screen TV and the dining area seats four. This room leads to an expansive paver tiled deck that surrounds a large swimming pool that is also accessible from the second floor. It sits on the hill in the treetops overlooking the lake with a soaking tub and a gas grill for poolside BBQs. There's also a Bonus Recreation Room with a pool table for fun. A lovely bedroom has two queen sized beds and access to a full bathroom.

The second floor has three handsome bedrooms serving as additional Guest Quarters. Each one is decorated in upscale fashion and all three have comfortable king sized beds. One has a full bath en suite while the other two share a full hall bathroom. The wrap around balcony that overlooks the lovely lake is directly accessible from two of these suites.

A spacious open Great Room on the top floor includes the comfortably furnished living, dining and kitchen areas. A wall of windows provide sunny tree top views of the beautiful outdoor scenery and glass doors lead out to the balcony deck. A large wrap around couch and plush armchairs face these views as well as a flat screen TV for evening viewing. The gourmet kitchen has an open counter bar with raised seating for entertainment and modern stainless steel appliances. The dining table nearby graciously seats eight where you may enjoy having favorite drinks, tasty appetizers and dinner while enjoying the lovely lakefront views.

First Floor: Kitchenette/wet bar with microwave and mini-fridge, bedroom with 2 queen beds, Laundry Room, Living Room (sofa bed) and dining area, Bonus rec room with pool table, Full bathroom, patio overlooking lake with access to pool/spa

Second Floor: Master suite with king bed and private bath (nice air tub for relaxing), 2 bedrooms with king beds, a shared full bathroom and deck overlooking lake, laundry room, and half bath with access to pool/spa area.

Third Floor: Open great room with plenty of seating, deck with lake view, large dining table, game table, kitchen with bar sitting, stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops, ice machine, master suite with king bed and private bath, and half bath

Fourth Floor: Rooftop terrace with seating.
