This elegantly appointed two-bedroom vacation rental residence is located in the residential tower of Ariel Dunes II in Miramar Beach. It offers stunning panoramic views of the jewel-toned Gulf of Mexico, white sand beaches, a coastal dune lake, and much of Seascape Resort. Featuring two bedrooms and two full bathrooms, this tenth-floor condo can comfortably accommodate up to six beachgoing guests.

Ariel Dunes II 1002 provides a premier position to experience spectacular sunsets from a furnished balcony that spans from the living area to the primary suite, with direct access from each. You will find yourself wanting to spend a lot of time here relishing the magnificent seascape while enjoying delicious tropical drinks and savory snacks. Inside the living room, a plush cream-colored couch with decorative pillows and two accent chairs face a large flatscreen TV mounted above a distressed herringbone patterned credenza. A beach-washed cocktail table in its center sits atop a light cowhide rug. The beautifully decorated dining area nearby features a natural whitewashed hardwood table, a suspended chandelier, and seating for six among three sway-backed cushioned chairs and a tufted cloth bench. Make your way to the fully equipped kitchen with maple-toned custom cabinetry and stainless steel appliances accented by sleek black granite countertops. Three wooden saddle-topped bar stools provide additional space for wining and dining.

The primary bedroom suite boasts a hand-carved four-posted king-size bed, matching nightstands, and a wall-hung flatscreen TV for evening viewing pleasure above a wooden dresser. Direct balcony access may be enjoyed for morning coffee conversations or an afternoon cocktail and sunset session. The ensuite primary bathroom features double vanity sinks, a glass-walled walk-in shower, and a soaking tub for the ultimate relaxation. Vacationing guests will be spoiled, too, with a stately wooden-framed queen-size bed, a flatscreen TV, a sunny window with golf course views, and access to a shared hallway bathroom with a tub-shower combination. A bonus twin bunk nook is located off the hallway, perfect for the kids!

Ariel Dunes II features abundant amenities, including 2,000 linear feet of crystal white beach just a short stroll away using a pedestrian bridge that crosses lovely Stewart Lake. Three swimming pools wrap around this tower’s base, encompassing 11,000 square feet of sparkling fun. A full fitness center overlooks the pools, while the expansive pool patio gazes over the tropical scenery and the lovely forested setting of the adjoining Seascape Golf Course. This championship course and a pro tennis club are open for public play, with special discounts offered to Ocean Reef Resorts guests.

This great Miramar Beach locale is close to popular beachfront restaurants with friendly bars. Some within walking distance include the colorful Cabana Cafe next door at Ariel Dunes I, the casual Whale’s Tail which usually has a fun “come one come all” volleyball game,  and the Royal Palm Grill at Surfside Resort with poolside dining along with sunset beach bonfires. Grocery stores and bargain shopping for world-class designer goods at the famed Silver Sands Premium Outlets are also nearby. Based on the daily temperature and at the HOA's discretion, the onsite community pool for Ariel Dunes II is seasonally heated. The Seascape Tennis Village community pool is typically heated November - March 1st, while the Seascape Boardwalk community pool is typically heated October - April.
