Welcome to the enchanting magical world of the Edgewater Beach Resort in Destin's Miramar Beach! A hotel on the French Riviera-inspired the monumental masterpiece of architectural design, and this magnificent "Southern Riviera" duplicate is an iconic treasure. The unique crescent-shaped curvature and step-like design of its "bow" resemble a luxury cruise liner that just happened to dock on a beautiful part of the beach. The lush tropical grounds of this resort are accented with clusters of towering palm trees and a triangular shaped lagoon with a fountain which span across from the building towards the emerald toned Gulf of Mexico. The shimmering white shoreline spans 420 linear feet across the front and overlooks the gorgeous glowing gulf which features spectacular sunsets over the water, especially from late autumn till very early spring.  Full moons showcase their silvery splendor above the Gulf waters during the summers.

Edgewater 1003 is a two bedroom vacation rental residence can accommodate up to six happy beachgoers and looks down upon this lovely setting. A balcony wraps itself around from the open living area to the Master Bedroom Suite and provides direct access from both. A table and chairs on the balcony invite you to enjoy favorite drinks or dine al fresco while enjoying the celestial views.

The open living area features a triple set of sliding glass doors with a mirrored wall that doubles the views of the sensational seascape and accentuates a spacious look. A creamy white couch that doubles as a queen-sized sleeper sofa, a love seat, and two accent chairs face these views as well as an armoire that houses a TV for entertainment. A regal bevel edge glass topped dining table nearby has six elegant spindle-backed cushioned chairs. The bright white kitchen features an open counter bar to serve drinks and appetizers.

The Master Bedroom has a full bath en suite with a king-sized bed beside a wall of glass balcony doors providing Gulf views and access. The lovely Guest Bedroom has an additional king-sized bed with a floral patterned headboard.  

The Edgewater Resort features amenities galore! Besides the beautiful beach, two large swimming pools on different levels star a waterfall that cascades down from one to the other. One pool is heated during the chilly months while a bubbling hot tub is always ready to provide soothing relaxation. A Tiki Bar offers savory snacks poolside along with exotic tropical drinks. You may create your own Surf n Turf meal since grills are conveniently close by. Edgewater also features a basketball court, shuffleboard, an adult putting green, a kid's playground, and a fitness center on site.

Edgewater's highly sought after location in Miramar Beach places you close to popular beachfront restaurants and friendly beach bars along Scenic Gulf Drive. Championship golf and tennis are available nearby at Seascape, which offers special reduced rates to Ocean Reef Resorts guests. Grocery stores, wine outlets, and one of the nation's largest discount designer centers famously known as the Silver Sands Premium Outlets are very close by. Family fun, seasonal festivals, outdoor concerts, shops, a wide array of restaurants, and rollicking bars are minutes away at Baytowne Wharf as well as Grand Boulevard in Sandestin.

Tents and canopies are not allowed on the beach. Umbrellas can be rented through the onsite beach service.

Boats, golf carts, storage trailers, and recreational vehicles are not permitted.

Based on the daily temperature and at the HOA's discretion, the community pool is typically heated Christmas through February.

Rates reflect a discount for a building restoration project that will be in effect from September 2024 through March 2025.
