This Mediterranean style two story home has a stately presence with a setting that is lushly landscaped with assorted tropical palms. An open Great Room incorporates the spacious living, dining and kitchen portions of the home. A wall of wide arched plate glass windows faces out toward the water and provides a bright light ambiance. Comfortable contemporary furnishings have a unique beach chic style with a wraparound couch and two accent chairs providing a convivial seating ensemble. A large TV is provided for entertainment or that "must see" game, while five raised cloth chairs nearby face an angled counter bar where favorite drinks and savory snacks may be easily served. The open kitchen includes a side by side stainless steel refrigerator and other appliances that are accented by a mini tile backsplash strikingly set below the creamy white custom cabinetry. There is plenty of space for goodies and lots of room to create a fabulous family feast on occasions when you decide to dine in. Eight tall elegant cloth draped chairs sit around a long dining table nearby that are lighted by suspended twin glass cylinder candle chandeliers. A large abstract painting that resembles crashing waves provides a part of the distinct décor. A glass door leads to a deck with stairs that connect down to the dock below and to an open observation sundeck above.

A Master Bedroom on this level also has a glass door leading outside as well as a king-sized bed with a tall rustic headboard and two flanking side tables with white shell based lamps. This home was made for entertaining which is evidenced by a big Game Room down at dock level. This room has a queen sleeper sofa, a large TV, a handsome Billiards Table, raised chairs all around for watching a pool game, and a Wet Bar for refreshments. The Bedrooms upstairs are all well appointed with comfortable furnishings and attractive décor. Two of them have king-sized beds beside a wide set of arched windows providing an elegant look. Two others have queen sized beds while the other is perfect for kids with a full bunk bed.

This Holiday Isle location places you close to waterfront restaurants, lively bars and abundant amusements at Harborwalk Village. This serves as Destin's Hub with fun festivals, free outdoor concerts, and fireworks over the harbor throughout the summer and on special holidays. The marina is available for water recreation rentals with preferred reduced rates to Ocean Reef guests. This is the place to go get your pontoon boat or jet ski and motor over to the dock for lots of fun!
