This two-bedroom vacation rental sits high atop the sugary shores of Destin in the gulf-front luxury tower of Pelican Beach Resort. Equipped with two bedrooms and two bathrooms, this beautifully furnished and updated property can accommodate six beach-going guests.

Upon entering Pelican Beach Resort 1715, you instantly experience the wonderful coastal-styled ambiance of the open living, dining, and kitchen areas. An entire wall of floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors frame sparkling views of the gorgeous gulf. They lead out to an expansive balcony that spans over to the primary bedroom, also with direct access. Chairs overlook the sensational seascape, inviting you to experience the vivid views while enjoying your favorite beverages. The nautically colored living area has a white slip-covered queen-sized sleeper sofa beneath a large abstract seascape painting and two plush blue accent chairs. They face a flatscreen TV mounted above a beautiful blue cabinet that displays colorful decorative art. A rectangular rustic white beach-washed dining table with four matching ladder-backed chairs sits nearby. Two tall, attractive blue cabinets flank a vibrantly colored coral painting. The bright open kitchen has brushed stainless steel appliances, white custom cabinetry, stone countertops, and an entertainment bar with three raised chairs for wining and dining.

Step inside the primary bedroom featuring white cottage-styled furnishings, a king-size bed with a stately shutter headboard, and sliding glass balcony doors that highlight the gorgeous gulf. A flatscreen TV is mounted above a tall dressing cabinet for evening viewing pleasure, while an ensuite bath includes a tub-shower combination. The sunny guest bedroom has a full-size bed with a white spindle headboard beneath two vivid blue paintings depicting seaweed. This guest quarters also has a trundle bed and a wall-mounted TV above a hardwood dresser. It has access to a full hall bath with a walk-in shower, which also serves as a convenient powder room.

The Pelican Beach Resort features abundant onsite amenities! Besides the beautiful beach, swimming pools span two sides of the tower's base. One long, curvy pool faces the beach, and another is on a sunny terrace overlooking a lagoon. One has dolphin sculptures flanking a waterfall that cascades down into the pool. A bonus indoor pool has a portion of glass providing views of a connecting outdoor pool. A gulf-front tiki bar provides tropical drinks with savory snacks for poolside enjoyment, and a friendly casual coastal café nearby serves breakfast and lunch. A small store onsite provides picnic provisions, including cold drinks, sandwiches, and snacks for the beach.
