This stately four bedroom rental easily accommodates up to 10 fortunate guests with sleeping quarters on all three levels. The artfully decorated living area has a relaxed, cheerful countenance with cream-colored furnishings that includes a couch festooned with pretty pillows, a matching armchair with an ottoman and an accent chair. They provide a seating ensemble around a tropically inspired woven straw table facing a TV on a regal antique credenza. Another intimate seating area with two chairs sits nearby in an alcove beside the wall of windows with a triple set of doors leading to one of the breezy beachfront balcony. The row of floor to ceiling windows offers open views of the balcony and the jewel-toned waters beyond. The balcony invites you to enjoy the excellent views, salty sea breezes and the soothing sounds of the surf while sipping favorite beverages or enjoying a savory snack since a table with chairs is provided. Your beach is down below with direct access, and there is even a splash pool available for a freshwater dip. Four white high backed chairs surround a round hardwood table beneath a vintage shaded chandelier for elegant dining.  It sits beside the modern open kitchen that features stainless steel appliances and a sleek black granite-topped bar with additional raised seats for drinking and dining. The golden toned hardwood cabinetry and counter space provide plenty of room to create fun culinary delights. Honey blonde hardwood flooring flows throughout this beach home providing a warm, luxurious feel.

All of the bedrooms are individually decorated with comfortable furnishings and upscale appointments. One of the Guest Bedrooms has a bright cheerful ambiance with a white wicker queen-sized bed, a soft cream colored armchair, and an ensuite bath. Another Guest Bedroom has a handsome queen sized bed with dark chocolate-toned wicker and has access to a full hall bath. The magnificent Master Suite on the third floor has a four poster king sized and two regally patterned armchairs that face an armoire that houses a TV. Oil paintings of sailboats adorn the walls providing a rich look. The Master Suite has a beachfront balcony, which is quite romantic when the full moon shines above the gulf during the summers and offers spectacular sunsets from October till early March.

This convenient Frangista Beach location on Scenic Gulf Drive is just minutes away from favorite beachside restaurants like The Crab Trap, Captain Dave's and Pompano Joe's. A gated, columned neighborhood pool is within easy walking distance and is a lovely, private landscaped oasis reserved for area residents and their visiting guests. The Silver Sands Premium Outlets stores are also minutes away and have become a shopping Mecca for those seeking great values. The New Orleans styled Village of Baytowne Wharf with its restaurants, bars, and free musical entertainment is also nearby and popular destination for visiting guests. Yes indeed, everything is a sure thing when you stay at “A Shore Thing!”

First Floor: Queen Bedroom with Full Bath, Wet Bar, Pool Acess, Laundry.

Second Floor: Living Room, Dining, Kitchen, Queen Bedroom with Shared Hall Bath.

Third Floor: King Master Bedroom with Full Bath, Queen Bedroom with Queen Sleeper Sofa, Full Hall Bath.

*Add $35.00 per day to heat the pool (available October - April if needed).

Tents and canopies are not allowed on the beach. Large umbrellas can be rented through the onsite beach service.

Based on the daily temperature and at the HOA's discretion, the community pool is typically heated during holiday weeks and spring break.
