This quaint community exudes a warm ambiance with its enchanting, Americana-styled aesthetic that harkens back to the golden days of yesteryear. The two-story home welcomes you with double sets of columned verandas, perfectly framed by towering palm trees, offering the perfect spot to sit back and enjoy a refreshing lemonade or frozen margarita. Step into Luxury: The lower-level veranda at A Paradise Found leads you into a welcoming foyer adjacent to the primary suite and two guest bedrooms. The primary suite is a serene retreat, featuring regal white cottage furnishings, a king-size bed, and a large flatscreen TV. It offers direct access to the veranda and an en-suite bath with a vanity, private toilet, and a luxurious tub-shower combination. The two guest bedrooms share a hallway bath with a tub-shower combination. Each room is bathed in sunlight and furnished in a comfortable coastal style, with one offering a queen-size bed and the other a full-size bed.

The bright and spacious open living, dining, and kitchen areas are located on the second floor. The living area features a plush dove-gray sofa and two matching crescent chairs, arranged around a white cocktail table, facing a large flatscreen TV. A rectangular white-washed dining table, accompanied by four cottage-style spindle chairs and a side bench, is perfect for family meals. Nearby, the kitchen island is adorned with four wide white stools, while the kitchen itself boasts custom white cabinetry and gleaming stainless steel appliances, inviting you to create memorable meals. This floor also includes a guest bedroom with a queen-size bed and access to a bath with a walk-in shower. Stairs lead up to a bonus guest quarter in an Observation Tower, featuring twin beds and distant views of the Gulf.
