The townhome has three bedrooms and three full bathrooms which are like suites since they are easily accessible to each. Thanks to extra sleeping accommodations you can sleep up to 14 members of your family or friends since there is a queen trundle bed, a comfortable queen sized sleeper sofa and one of the bedrooms has queen bunks. In addition, one of the bedrooms provides completely private separate quarters downstairs on the beach level. This lovely nautically themed room is light and bright with a king sized bed, a queen sleeper sofa, a full bathroom as well as a breezy beachfront porch. It also comes with a new granite topped Wet Bar complete with a fridge, sink and microwave oven. The two other bedrooms are on the third floor level. One is the spacious Primary Suite which is also nautically themed with a king sized bed, bathroom en suite, a private balcony that looks down to the beach below and a TV for nighttime viewing pleasure (live TV not provided). You may view the glistening gulf in the morning while still in bed through the glass doors that lead out onto the beachfront balcony or listen to the soothing sounds of the gulf at night. The other bedroom is a perfect place for the kids since it has queen bunk beds, access to its own full bathroom and has its own wall mounted TV for nighttime entertainment (live TV not provided).

The main room on the second level at Costa Del Sol A9 combines a comfortable living and dining area. This upscale room is also was decorated to establish a comfortable seaside ambiance but with a modern avant guard décor. A flatscreen TV is available for entertainment (live TV not provided). Glass doors lead out to the gulf front balcony where you may enjoy favorite appetizers and drinks. The dining table seats four with unique whitewashed cushioned chairs. Nearby, four more may be seated at the big handsomely thick granite topped bar that faces the open kitchen.
