The primary bedroom on the main level includes a king-sized bed with a stylish decorative metal frame, modern bedside lamps, and a flatscreen TV. This room uniquely accesses a dual-function bath with a tub-shower combo that also serves as a hallway powder room. An open staircase leads to the guest quarters upstairs, where regal white cottage-style furnishings adorn a charming loft bedroom with a queen-sized bed. A second guest bedroom features a king-sized bed and shares a hall bath with the loft, maintaining comfort and privacy for all guests.

Crystal Sands is a smoke free environment with no smoking of any kind on the  grounds, walkways, balconies, patios, parking lots, sidewalks,  boardwalks, or the beach.

Personal umbrellas, tents, tarps, canopies, or cabanas are not permitted on the beach, except for baby tents, which must not exceed 48” in height. Two chairs and one umbrella are provided, and additional set-ups can be rented through the onsite beach service. Private chairs are allowed to be set up behind the rental row of umbrellas

At the discretion of the HOA, the community pool is typically heated year-round.
