Recent remodeling and comfortable new furnishings provide an elegantly handsome yet casual coastal look. This residential enclave sits upon a sugary dune that overlooks the bright crystalline white beach that parallels the glowing waters of the jewel-toned Gulf. It is located at Crystal Sands, where the atmosphere is decidedly laid back. The physical location is also near the heart of most everything Destin and the Emerald Coast have to offer.

The lofty open living area in Crystal Sands 314A takes full advantage of the beach views with a soaring two-story ceiling and a wall of sliding glass doors that lead out to the breezy Gulf-front balcony. The sensational seascape beckons you outdoors onto the balcony. Here you will experience gorgeous water views and listen to the soothing surf sounds - all whilst sipping upon your favorite tropical drinks. Crystal Sands also has a community pool that is heated during the chilly times of the year, which happily coincides with spectacular sunsets that occur directly above the Gulf. During the summer months as the sun moves north, the moon moves south and romantically displays its magic with splattered silver upon the Gulf's surface.

The living area has a plush dove gray wraparound couch that faces the glittering Gulf, and a wall-mounted flatscreen TV above a regal hardwood credenza. A huge multi-framed abstract image of a fish whimsically adorns the wall behind the couch. Nearby a natural hardwood table has four fashionable Mid Century Vintage Modern bucket chairs for dining. The remodeled kitchen features brushed stainless steel appliances along with a creamy charcoal mottled granite-topped bar with four round blacktopped stools for drinks and dining.

An open staircase leads up from the living area to a special guest quarters loft with dramatic views down below, a king-sized bed, a flatscreen TV on a dresser for evening entertainment, and access to a full hall bath. It adjoins a bedroom with two twin bunks. The Master Bedroom downstairs is handsomely furnished with gleaming natural hardwood furnishings, a king-sized bed, a wall-mounted flatscreen TV. It also has direct access to a full hall bath that doubles as a convenient powder room.

This great Crystal Beach location is minutes away from popular beachside restaurants on Scenic Highway 98, grocery stores, and wine outlets. Ocean Reef guests receive reduced rates for championship golf, tennis, and shoreline recreational rentals nearby at Seascape in Miramar Beach. The Disneyesque pedestrian-friendly retail village of Destin Commons is also close by with a wide assortment of fine clothiers, fashion boutiques, specialty shops, restaurants, bars, and an AMC Multiplex Theater. This location is also equidistant to HarborWalk Village in Destin and Baytowne Wharf in Sandestin. Each place offers great shopping, dining, drinking, and amusement venues. They also host fun festivals year-round for family entertainment, live outdoor concerts, and seasonal fireworks.

Crystal Sands is a smoke free environment with no smoking of any kind on the grounds, walkways, balconies, patios, parking lots, sidewalks, boardwalks, or the beach.

Personal umbrellas, tents, tarps, canopies, or cabanas are not permitted on the beach, with the exception of baby tents which may not exceed 48” in height. Umbrellas and chairs are available for rent through the onsite beach service. Private chairs are allowed to be set up behind the rental row of umbrellas.

At the discretion of the HOA, the community pool is typically heated year-round.
