Visitors have the luxury of swimming in their own private 8'x12' lagoon-style pool! Residents can also enjoy a casual 2-3 minute stroll to the private white-sand beach directly across the pedestrian-friendly street.

Emerald Palace has an enviable Destin beach location providing phenomenal views of the sun-splattered horizon that extends as far as the eye can see. A wall of glass doors frames these stunning views from the main upper-level living area. A vaulted cathedral ceiling and Travertine marble tiled flooring accentuate a spacious look throughout this regal room. Two comfortable couches and accent chairs surround a dark hardwood cocktail table. An open gourmet kitchen nearby has a gleaming black granite-topped bar with three raised wooden chairs for enjoying drinks and appetizers. Stainless steel appliances make it easy for the household chef to prepare a savory meal. The coastal look continues into the dining room with eight high back chairs around a white farmhouse-style dining table for a fun family feast. A half bath on this floor serves as a powder room for added convenience.

The handsomely furnished primary bedroom is also on the second level. It includes a stately white king-size bed, dark wood-tile flooring, and a flatscreen TV. Windows overlook the glistening gulf, and a door provides direct access to the breezy beach-facing balcony. A luxurious ensuite bath has double vanity sinks, granite countertops, a makeup area, a deep soaking tub, and a walk-in shower. Continue past the bathroom to a massive walk-in closet with a center island, a sunny window, and plenty of shelf space for your belongings.

Three beautifully furnished guest bedrooms are on the first floor. One bedroom has a handsome king-size bed with a hardwood paneled headboard, an ensuite bath with a walk-in shower, and direct access to the poolside patio. The other bedroom includes a cozy queen-size bed, an ensuite bath with a tub-shower combination, and patio access. Finally, a bunk room for the kids includes a twin-over-full-size bunk bed and two twin-size single beds. A bonus den features a relaxed sitting area, a wet bar, a mini-refrigerator, a microwave, and a connected desk for remote work. This communal room has access to the lovely patio for some poolside fun.

Wonderfully placed in Miramar Beach, visitors are very close to popular restaurants, beach bars, grocery stores, shops, and area attractions. For great gulf-side dining, check out the colorful Pompano Joe's just a short stroll away.
