Majestic Sun 606A is a welcoming rental with a wall of sliding glass doors leading out to a breezy gulf-view balcony. An outdoor dining table with seating allows you to experience dazzling views while enjoying drinks and savory snacks. A blue couch and two patterned accent chairs share these views, along with a flatscreen TV mounted on a rustic hardwood cabinet for entertainment. Decorative art throughout features framed seascapes, harbors, tropical flowers, and sculptures of ships, sea life, and driftwood. A charming dining table has four colonial-styled white spindle-backed chairs, while three more may be seated on stools beside a counter bar. The open kitchen provides everything needed to create a fun meal when dining in. 

The primary bedroom has handsome hardwood furnishings with a king-size bed and a private bath with a tub-shower combination. **Majestic Sun is a smoke free environment with smoking and chewing tobacco prohibited in all common areas, including the garage, walkways, pools spa, and pool decks, as well as on the balconies.

Based on the daily temperature and at the HOA's discretion, the onsite community pool for Majestic Sun is seasonally heated. The Seascape Tennis Village community pool is typically heated November - March 1st, while the Seascape Boardwalk community pool is typically heated October - April.
