You'll feel like you are on top of the world when you stay in this one bedroom vacation rental that sits front and center on the top third floor of Ramsgate in Seacrest Beach. The panoramic vistas from this dune top position are astounding since besides the beachfront balcony this condo has three sides full of windows in the living area to catch all the views. You will find yourself wanting to spend much time here relishing the spectacular scenery, listening to the soothing surf sounds and sipping your morning coffee. Sensational sunsets occur right over the glittering shore from mid-October until early March, which is absolutely blissful. Full moons follow suit when they rise above the gulf in the summer months and cast a magical silvery light.

Although perfect for a romantic getaway for two, a queen-sized sleeper sofa can accommodate two more, and this spot is pet friendly - so you can bring your furry pal!  It is located right on the sugary shore along Scenic 30A just east of Camp Creek Lake in South Walton's Seacrest Beach.  Such lakes are found in very few other parts of the world, and the estuary that connects to the open gulf is just a short stroll away down the beautiful shore. You may want to head down to try some fishing or observe the assorted wildlife.

The open living area of Ramsgate 8 is quite impressive since in addition to the vivid views a dramatic cathedral ceiling soars up all the way to the roof truss. This brightly lit room resembles a beachside chalet due to the high beams and decorative framing including windows raised above the triple framed sliding glass doors that lead to the beach balcony. The light blue interior walls are accented by charming tan and grey furnishings which include a coffee table trunk, a bent cane display case, a credenza with shelving and a white-topped round table with blue decorative circle backed chairs. A long mottled granite bar with double sinks and a range in the galley kitchen face the open living area for views while creating a savory seafood feast if you so desire.

The Master Bedroom is quite striking with regal blue interior walls accented by a king-sized bed framed by a white double cabinet with a triple set of mirrors in between the two sides. The nearby bath has a mottled granite topped vanity and a tub with a shower.

This seemingly remote South Walton location in a wonderful world of its own is actually less than 10-minutes away from restaurants, bistros, galleries, specialty boutiques, outdoor concerts and seasonal festivals in Rosemary Beach and Seaside.
