This enchanting pet-friendly rental cottage located in the heart of Seagrove Beach is a fabulous family retreat that's only 300 yards to the bright white beach and glittering waters of the jewel-toned gulf.  A lovely lagoon shaped neighborhood pool is only an arrow's shot away for a refreshing dip before or after the beach.

Sea Sand and Stars has three bedrooms to accommodate up to eight cheerful guests! As soon as you see this vacation home you are embraced by its warm appeal that's framed by a white picket fence, flanked by tropical palm trees and accented with a charming front porch with decorative columns to enjoy the gulf breezes. The porch is crowned with an observation balcony directly above that comes off a spacious Guest Suite upstairs. Indoors a cheerful comfortable open living area incorporates an ample kitchen with everything you need to create delightful gourmet meals. Glowing honey-toned hardwood flooring throughout provides a warm, rich look. A charming intimate dining table in an alcove off the kitchen seats four while two more may be seated at a butcher block topped cooking island nearby. The living area has a seating ensemble that includes a sleek black leather lounge chair, a white leather couch, a comfy black and white checkered armchair, and an old-fashioned cushioned window seat that face a 50" HDTV.

All three bedrooms in this accommodating home have a full en-suite bath, and two of them are on the first floor. The spacious Master Suite on this level has vaulted ceilings, a king sized bed with a tufted cream-colored headboard, cottage-style furnishings, and a private bath with double vanities, a soaking tub, and walk-in shower. The downstairs Guest Bedroom has a regal look with two twin beds its own private bathroom. A grand Guest Suite encompasses the entire second floor with comfortable furnishings that includes a king-sized bed, gorgeous appointments, and elegant attire. A sunny bay window is centered by a glass door that leads out to a private balcony where you may enjoy a romantic sunset.

Outdoor entertainment is inspired by a screened porch out back that has a tropical theme with a small vintage bamboo Tiki Bar, handsome dark woven wicker framed couches with colorful cushioned seats, bamboo-based table, lamps and silk plants. It is accessible from the Master Suite. The adjacent wraparound patio includes a grill for cookouts and a table for dining al fresco. Palm trees, pines, ferns, jasmine and wisteria provide a lush private shaded retreat.

This prime South Walton location is conveniently close to abundant amusements - just minutes away. These include a wide assortment of excellent restaurants, fun beach bars, specialty shops, boutiques, and galleries. A convenient Publix Grocery store and wine outlet are close by at Watercolor. Free outdoor musical concerts and sensational seasonal festivals occur throughout the year nearby in Seaside and Santa Rosa Beach towards the west and Rosemary Beach to the east.
