Outstanding Service & Perfect Beachside Location!

Host (Ocean Reef) is incredible. We had an issue with the alarm at the back door upon entry and they sent someone out right away while we went grocery shopping. When we ran out of propane for the grill, they gave us instructions for replacing the tank and getting our propane purchase refunded. So communicative and helpful, and the best customer service we could’ve hoped for. On top of that, the location couldn’t have been better. Short walk to the cutest, cleanest beach, and plenty of shops and eateries. Stay here!

Wishing we could go back already!

Our family stayed the week. The house was perfect for our young family. The kids loved the pool. The home was large enough to accommodate our group of 7 (4 adults and 3 children). Great Family Spot

We had three generations staying at Seas the Day and had a great experience. The kids loved the pool, and the house was beautiful new construction. Multiple restaurants, an ice cream shop and the beach were within walking distance, but the house still felt private and quiet.

Beach chairs and umbrellas are not provided complimentary, but are most certainly available for rent. Once you have secured your reservation, we will provide you with the beach services contact information. You can reserve chairs and umbrellas over the phone, or directly on the sand. Sea you soon!

What is the dimensions of the pool?

Seas The Days offers a refreshing 14x20 private pool. This is the perfect place to relax on a warm summer day!

Does the house have a golf cart?

Answer:

A golf cart is not included, but you can rent a golf cart at a discounted rate through one of our preferred vendors! Golf carts are only permitted in speed limit zones of 35 MPH or less, and each golf cart rental will take the place of one vehicle parking space. Enjoy the ride!

How far is the walk to nearest beach access?

Answer:

Seas The Day is a 7-8 minute walk from the Gulfview Heights Regional Beach Access located at the end of Gulfview Heights Street. This beach access includes parking, restrooms, showers, picnic tables, and lifeguards during peak season. You can also walk to Goatfeather's restaurant for an afternoon snack :)
