Aptly placed right across from the Gulf in fashionable Frangista Beach, this stately three-story vacation home includes six spacious bedrooms with luxury ensuite baths and hospitable accommodations for 22 fortunate guests. Two levels of furnished columned verandas span across 1,000 square feet with tropical views of the jewel-toned waters in the distance. The gracious rental home is the perfect place for a special hallmark beach reunion with loved ones. Private guest quarters are provided on all three levels, along with two laundry rooms, and duo-appliances in the large kitchen. Besides the beautiful beach, you are steps away from taking a refreshing plunge in the 19x5 private pool out back. A patio area with a gas grill, lounge chairs, and a table with chairs for poolside dining is magically lit up at night. Frangista Beach also features a lushly landscaped watery tropical oasis just a short stroll away with a private, exclusively gated freshwater community pool. This area is embraced by a lovely patio courtyard decorated with stately columned arbors and water cascading down into the pool. It also includes convenient full restroom facilities with showers.

The first floor of Slice of Paradise features two bunk quarters with ensuite baths, a plush couch, and large wall-mounted flat-screen TVs, with the ability to sleep seven kids in each. These quarters also have access to a game room in a converted garage with a ping pong table, another flat-screen TV, and a full-size refrigerator-freezer. One of the laundry rooms is also on this level.

Upstairs on the second floor, a bright, open living, dining, and kitchen area features tall ceilings, double glass doors, and windows that bathe the area in natural light while accentuating a spacious look. Sets of double glass doors lead out to a covered veranda with a dining table and Adirondack chairs, where you may enjoy breezy outdoor entertainment while viewing tropical glimpses of the glittering Gulf. A wraparound latte-toned couch and an accent chair ensemble around a white marble-topped cocktail table while facing a large wall-mounted flat-screen TV for entertainment. Open state-of-the-art kitchen has white beadboard custom cabinetry, quartz countertops, and brushed stainless steel appliances, including a large double oven. An angled entertainment bar flanked by two square columns has six cushioned saddle stools for wining and dining space. A sunny formal dining alcove includes a round wooden table beneath a big glass lantern chandelier and is flanked by eight sleek, high-backed chairs with tropical slipcovers. A guest bedroom on this floor has contemporary coastal-styled furnishings with a king-size bed and a private ensuite bath with a tub-shower combination. A half bath off the living area serves as a convenient powder room.

The spacious primary bedroom on the top floor features regal rustic furnishings with a king-size bed facing a wall-mounted flat-screen TV for nighttime viewing pleasure, near a desk area, a wine cooler, and two sets of glass doors leading out to its own romantic balcony overlooking the tropical scenery. The luxurious ensuite bath includes two vanity sinks with rich brown granite countertops, a soaking tub, and a walk-in shower. Two other guest bedrooms with comfortable cottage-styled furnishings on this floor include a king and queen-size bed. Each bedroom has an ensuite with tub-shower combinations. Another laundry room is conveniently located on this level.

Close to popular gulf-front restaurants, friendly beach bars, grocery stores, and bargain shopping for world-class designer goods at the famous Silver Sands Premium Outlets, the prestigious Frangista Beach community offers a vibrant lifestyle. Personal beach chairs, umbrellas, and tents/canopies are not permitted from March 1st to November 1st. Chairs and umbrellas can be rented through the onsite beach service. Personal chairs and umbrellas only (no tents or canopies) are allowed on the beach from November 1st to March 1st.

Based on the daily temperature and at the HOA's discretion, the community pool is typically heated during spring break.
