The generous dining area, adjacent to a bar equipped with a wine cooler off the open kitchen, boasts a rectangular hardwood plank table paired with ten hardwood ladder-backed chairs featuring woven straw seats. Additional seating for four is available on raised chairs beside a richly mottled granite-topped entertainment bar in the upscale kitchen, perfect for casual dining or socializing.

All bedrooms are furnished with comfortable cottage-style furnishings and feature king-size beds along with luxury ensuite baths. Each is like a primary suite, but two have luxurious private baths with walk-in showers and soaking tubs located on the first and second floors. Four guest quarters with ensuites are off a bonus den on the second floor. They each have individual access to a covered balcony, and one of them is a bunk room that sleeps four kids or young adults. The central bonus den serves as a gathering space, featuring a sand-toned couch that converts into a queen-size sleeper sofa, two teal armchairs, and a flatscreen TV, perfect for cozy movie nights with family.
