This cheerful three-bedroom vacation home in the sought-after Frangista Beach neighborhood of Miramar Beach can sleep nine lucky beach-going guests. It boasts an outstanding location overlooking a sparkling community swimming pool, while the shimmering white beach is only three blocks away where your complimentary beach service awaits.

You are instantly charmed as soon as you arrive at The Salty Palm. This inviting single-story home features cheery yellow exteriors and a white-columned porch that extends across its front. White Adirondack chairs welcome you to "sit a spell" while overlooking the lovely tropical surroundings enjoying your favorite drinks. The interiors are warm and welcoming, with golden honey-toned hardwood flooring throughout and comfortable furnishings. Multiple windows provide excellent natural lighting. The living room includes an elegant cream-colored sectional and two matching armchairs. This seating ensemble circles around a white chest and a large flatscreen TV in a built-in shelving nook. The other side of this room includes a large rectangular hardwood table with six chairs for charmed dining. A pass-thru bar with upper-level glass front cabinetry includes four matching raised chairs for additional wining and dining. The kitchen features a bright white look with cream-colored glass-front cabinetry and stainless steel appliances providing everything needed to create a fun family meal.

The master bedroom includes a king-sized bed, marine life wall hangings, and a private ensuite bath with a tub shower combination. It has direct access to a screened-in porch with comfortable furnishings overlooking the tropically landscaped community swimming pool. The pool area features a spacious patio for sunny relaxation, classically columned arbors, a unique raised waterfall feature, and restroom facilities. Back inside, one of the guest bedrooms also has a private ensuite bath and a cozy queen-sized bed. Nearby, a bunk room includes two queen-sized beds and a twin trundle for the kids. A full hall bath with a tub/shower combination serves this bedroom and acts as a convenient powder room. 

This wonderful Frangista Beach location is minutes away from popular Destin & Miramar Beach restaurants with friendly beach bars along Scenic Gulf Drive. Some are a relatively short stroll away down the beach, including the Whale's Tail and Pompano Joe's. You will usually find a friendly volleyball game in progress at both locations. The Royal Palm Grill at Surfside is also nearby, with poolside dining and sunset bonfires on the beach. Finally, The Surf Hut is only minutes away, featuring fresh gulf-caught seafood in a surfer-style setting overlooking the glittering gulf. This locale is close to grocery stores and bargain shopping at one of the nation's largest discount designer centers, famously known as the Silver Sands Premium Outlets. Great amusements, fantastic restaurants, shopping adventures, outdoor concerts, fun year-round festivals, and vibrant seasonal firework displays are also nearby at the enchanting Village of Baytowne Wharf and the Sandestin town center of Grand Boulevard.

Personal beach chairs, umbrellas, and tents/canopies are not permitted from March 1st to November 1st. Chairs and umbrellas can be rented through the onsite beach service. Personal chairs and umbrellas only (no tents or canopies) are allowed on the beach from November 1st to March 1st.

Based on the daily temperature and at the HOA's discretion, the community pool is typically heated during holiday weeks and spring break.
