It is a short stroll right down the beautiful beach, so besides luxuriating in the glowing gulf you may explore the lake on kayak or paddleboard and perhaps try your luck at fishing.  This also borders the Deer Lake State Park, which features raised nature trails that meander across creeks over to the dunes throughout this pristine forested preserve. You may spot deer beside the lake nibbling sea oats on the dunes at twilight, watch Great Blue Herons and Snowy White Egrets looking for fish or relish wildflowers that flourish on a seasonal basis.

A beachfront balcony at Walton Dunes 13 spans across the open living area and the Master Suite inviting you to enjoy this spectacular seascape and listen to the soothing surf sounds while sipping your favorite drinks. Spectacular sunrises occur over the gulf from fall till early spring and big full moons rise above the water during the summer months, which provides an enchanting experience. The living area has a dove grey colored couch and a love seat festooned with lovely lavender accent pillows. The couch easily converts into a queen sleeper sofa for additional bedding if needed. A corner cabinet beside a triple set of glass doors leading to the balcony includes a Blu-Ray/DVD system for entertainment. The kitchen features new malt toned granite countertops and brushed stainless steel appliances for the creation of savory appetizers.

The Master Bedroom has comfortable furnishings with a king-sized bed beside the three glass balcony doors looking out upon the gulf along with a full en suite bath with a tiled walk-in shower and granite topped vanity. The charming Guest Bedroom has a pair of full beds with cheerfully striped pillows and its own adjoining full en suite bath. A separate half bathroom off the living area serves as a convenient powder room.
