Four white bar stools with unique swirling vine-like frames provide extra seating for wining and dining on the wide kitchen island. The kitchen is perfect for the household chef, equipped with stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, a subway tile backsplash, and white custom cabinetry.

The primary bedroom has a king-size bed with a beach-washed natural hardwood headboard. It sits beside a carved decorative nightstand and faces a large flatscreen TV for evening viewing pleasure. These quarters include a glass door leading to the upper-level balcony and an ensuite bath with a walk-in shower decorated with veined white marble tile. The guest bedroom has a king-size bed with a dark hardwood headboard and a side table created with slender upright vertical logs. It has a sunny window and faces a large flatscreen TV for nighttime entertainment. These quarters share a full hall bath with a bunk room for the kids, including four twin-size beds.

This outstanding Dune Allen Beach location is near restaurants, friendly bars, grocery stores, and fun shopping destinations. The highly acclaimed Santa Rosa Beach village center of Gulf Place is minutes away with restaurants, casual bars, a coffee shop, boutiques, and galleries. A grass lawn amphitheater lined with royal palm trees hosts concerts, art shows, and fun festivals throughout the year. Just across from Gulf Place is the popular Shunk Gulley Oyster Bar, known for live music, stunning gulf views, coastal cuisine, and genuine southern hospitality. The Vue on 30A and Stinky’s Fish Camp restaurants are also nearby. Vue on 30A serves Caribbean-styled seafood with a gulf coast flair and has spectacular views of the gorgeous jewel-toned gulf from its dune top location.
