Aptly placed on the western edge of Scenic 30A in Dune Allen Beach, the newly constructed vacation complex of Azure 30A boasts an outstanding location a short distance from the sugar-white shore. Visiting guests also have access to a large lagoon swimming pool with spurting water features on the palm-lined sun deck that overlooks a lovely lagoon with a fountain. A bubbling hot tub provides pampered relaxation, and convenient restroom facilities are nearby. Dualing gas grills are provided for cooking up the ultimate poolside feast, while a covered veranda overlooks the pool with a dining table and a wall-mounted flatscreen TV. Azure 30A delivers beachgoers with a privileged private setting since there are only twenty residences on the lovely grounds. Each condo is a single level on the first or second floor with three bedrooms and accommodations for eight vacationers.

Azure 30A 2-204 is perched on the second floor with lovely lagoon-side views. The covered balcony includes a square glass-topped table with four brown woven chairs for enjoying your favorite drinks and snacks. The open living area has a cream-colored couch and two tall, sleek white armchairs that ensemble around a stylish cocktail table facing a large flatscreen TV for viewing pleasure. Near the bright open kitchen, a white circular table has four wicker chairs for intimate dining. The upscale kitchen has stainless steel appliances and plenty of cabinets and counter space to serve all of your culinary delights. Four round white stools supported by unique swirling hardwood vine-like frames provide extra seating at the kitchen island for wining and dining.

The cozy primary bedroom has a large king-size bed, a rustic barn wood headboard, and a tropically-inspired side table created with slender upright vertical logs. It sits beside a window and a glass door leading to the upper-level patio while facing a large flatscreen TV. The ensuite bath includes a walk-in shower lavished with veined white marble tile. The guest bedroom has an additional king-size bed with a wide beach-washed hardwood headboard. It faces a large flatscreen TV for evening entertainment. A nearby bunk room for the kids features four corner-angled twin beds and shares a full hallway bathroom with a tub-shower combination.

This wonderful Dune Allen Beach locale is only minutes from restaurants with friendly bars, grocery stores, and shopping venues. The renowned Santa Rosa Beach village center of Gulf Place is less than a few minutes away. It features restaurants, casual bars, a coffee shop, boutiques, and galleries. An amphitheater lined with palm trees hosts concerts, art shows, and fun festivals throughout the year. The neighboring Shunk Gulley Oyster Bar is known for live music, stunning gulf views, coastal cuisine, and genuine southern hospitality. Other nearby restaurants are Vue on 30A and Stinky’s Fish Camp. Vue on 30A serves Caribbean-styled seafood with a gulf coast flair and has stunning views of the gorgeous jewel-toned gulf. The whimsically named Stinky’s Fish Camp serves fresh gulf-caught fish, oysters, and a wide array of craft beer and wine. See you on the shore!
