This lovely two-story vacation rental residence with three bedrooms sleeps six carefree beachgoers – and all in beds. The crisp, clean white furnishings in the open living area provide a bright, cheerful ambiance. The town center of this community is The Big Chill. It is centered around three acres, including a wide variety of restaurants, friendly casual bars, specialty shops, fashion boutiques, and other delights. There is a fantastic Events Stage on the grounds that features live concerts and lots of fun festivities. The lawn facing the stage features comfortable upscale seating ensembles with cushioned couches and chairs and a full bar.

A sparkling 5,000 square-foot lagoon-shaped swimming pool is adorned with towering palms. The club styled Pool House beside it has separate spa-like bathrooms, showers, and dressing rooms. An expansive pavilion nearby features an outdoor kitchen with a long row of stainless steel gas grills as well as tables and chairs for poolside cookouts. You may go from taking a fun dip in the pool to experiencing the glowing jewel-toned gulf in no time at all.

As soon as you enter the first floor level of Coco Cottage, you are impressed with the comfortable upscale furnishings and its bright countenance. The open living, kitchen, and dining areas blend seamlessly together while multiple windows along with glass doors accentuate a spacious sunny look. An outdoor deck off the living area has cushioned chairs with a cocktail table where you may relax sipping favorite drinks while looking out upon a forested scene. The living area has two white couches facing each other with matching armchairs at one end, which are nautically attired with royal blue pillows. They face a beach washed white cabinet mounted with a flatscreen smart TV for entertainment. An antique blue patterned white Persian rug provides an elegant yet beachy look. Decorative coastal art throughout this home features charming paintings of colorful beach scenes, seashells, and framed marine life silhouettes. A half bath powder room is conveniently located on this level. The dining area near the double glass doors leading out to the deck has a round white wooden table beneath a unique candled chandelier that's flanked by grey rope chairs with a fashionable vintage modern styling. The state of the art kitchen features brushed stainless steel appliances, gleaming white custom cabinetry with matching countertops and an island with four stools where you may enjoy refreshments with savory appetizers.

The elegant Master Bedroom upstairs features a plush king-sized bed with a tufted headboard near a triple set of almost floor to ceiling windows and a luxury en suite bath with double vanities along with a separate area for the toilet and walk-in shower. A Guest Bedroom with charming cottage styled furnishings and a queen-sized bed and a bedroom with two twin beds are on this level with a shared full hall bath. All bedrooms include HD Smart TVs with high speed wifi capabilities.

Prominence's great location is also close to restaurants, bistros specialty shops, and seasonal festivals at Seacrest and Rosemary Beach.

Second Floor: King Master Bedroom with Walk-In Shower, Queen Bedroom, Bedroom with Two Twin Beds, Hall Bath with Tub/Shower Combo.

Based on the daily temperature and at the HOA's discretion, the north community pool is typically heated for the months of October-November and March-April.
