Happy Thoughts has an open living, dining, and kitchen area on the first floor with tall ceilings, parchment-toned luxury vinyl hardwood flooring, and beach-inspired decorative art, providing a gracious ambiance. A creamy white wraparound couch with a rustic round cocktail table faces a flatscreen TV mounted above a white brick mantle next to a unique straw-woven bench. An elegant half bath off the living area serves as a convenient powder room. A white rectangular table beside the open kitchen includes eight sleek wood-silhouetted vintage modern chairs for charmed dining. Four chic, similar raised chairs sit beside a malt-toned granite entertainment bar for additional wining and dining. The state-of-the-art kitchen features new brushed stainless steel appliances, white custom cabinetry, granite countertops, and a matching backsplash.

The primary bedroom on this floor has a stately look with regal cream-colored furnishings, including a king-size bed and a majestic tufted cushion headboard.
