The same views may be seen from within since two walls of floor-to-ceiling windows and glass balcony doors in the open living area frame the spectacular seascape. A granite-topped wine car and open kitchen counter with seating is perfect for serving favorite drinks and tasty snacks. A glass-topped table sits beneath a gorgeous crystal chandelier with six charming bent cane-backed chairs with vibrant tropically patterned cushioned seats. Two walls of windows provide lovely gulf views while wining and dining. The gourmet kitchen has creamy white cabinetry with matching appliances accented by softly mottled granite-topped counter bars giving everything needed to create fun culinary delights.

The Master Bedroom has a king-sized bed with a rustic white cottage-style headboard facing a corner window with double gulf views, direct balcony access, along with an ensuite bath with dual vanities and a walk-in shower. The Guest Bedroom, with a queen-sized Murphy bed flanked by built-in shelving and a sunny window, has access to a full hall bath.  

Abundant amenities at Mainsail include a sparkling swimming pool overlooking the gulf with an expansive palm-studded sun deck, a big bubbling Hot Tub for adults, and a kid's wading pool. A colorful kid-friendly playground includes a mini waterfall where they can have fun as it splashes down upon them. A boardwalk takes you across the lush grounds to the wide ribbon of shimmering white beach. Two cook-out stations invite you to enjoy "chilling while grilling" with family and friends.
