Just beyond the shaded patio, a manicured lawn stretches toward a private boardwalk that leads you directly to the shoreline—less than a minute’s walk from your door. Guests especially love the quiet, uncrowded stretch of beach, the intimate setting of this small complex, and the ability to enjoy it all with their four-legged companions by their side.

Step inside to a bright, open layout where coastal ease and comfort meet modern simplicity. The spacious living area features a large sectional sofa, comfortable armchairs, and a flat-screen TV—ideal for movie nights or afternoon naps after a day in the sun. Sliding glass doors frame sweeping views of the Gulf and open to the covered patio, where tall bar chairs and a café table invite you to linger over your morning coffee or sip a sunset drink with salty breezes on your skin. The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and a central island with bar seating, making it easy to cook, snack, or gather with family and friends.

The Primary Suite is a quiet retreat with a king-size bed, smart TV, and a private en-suite bath with a walk-in shower. It also features its own private exit to the patio—perfect for slipping out early to watch the sunrise or taking your pup for a stroll along the grassy bluff. Capistrano Beach Time

This is an excellent property. Steps out of your door is beautiful grassy area and the fabulous waters of the Gulf of America. Inside is clean and has what you need for a great beach stay. Steps away from the sugar sands of the Florida Panhandle. It’s an excellent place to go an recharge.

Perfect tranquility

5-star cleaning & responsive staff!
We are very happy with this rental property. One of my biggest pet peeves is the cleanliness of the bathroom and kitchen. This place is a 5-star in that area. We have food allergies so we have to make specific food for our stay - everything works in the kitchen and they had everything we needed. The place is also very convenient since it is very close to the beach. It is away from all the hustle and bustle of PCB and 30A but not too far away from shopping and entertainment. We also love the fact that this place accommodates our dog and we don't mind the extra pet fee. Check in and check out process is pretty easy. We needed a coffee maker for this unit and requested for it, response was quick. No matter how simple the request - customer service is important and they delivered. We highly recommend this place and will rent again!

Beautiful Cliffside Gulfview
Our number one priority for a short three day stay was a quick walk to the beach and that it was! Being able to walk straight out into the grass with our small dog, having it not be crowded because it’s a very small complex and very quaint, and having a nice walkway and steps down to the sand was exactly what we were looking for. We brought our own comfortable backpack chairs and umbrella. Master bathroom was nice and shower worked well. There is another door out to the back through the bathroom so that was quite convenient as the key was hanging on a hook in the unit and you could lock the door going out to the beach. Unit had everything we needed. The view was amazing and the beach and water were beautiful!

Spring Break on 30A
Great location, comfortable condo, very clean. Kitchen has basic cooking supplies. There is a community grill we used. The closet off the patio was a nice surprise filled with beach chairs, toys, etc. The beach is so nice, not crowded and plenty of space to spread out. Great job finding Capistrano 102! The unit does not have access to a pool, but it is located on the white sandy shores of 30A! Beach service is not provided complimentary, but is available to rent or you may provide your own chairs and umbrellas.

What is the max weight for doggies?

Capistrano 102 is a pet-friendly vacation rental. For an additional fee per pet, up to two dogs (40 pounds or less) are allowed at designated pet-friendly properties.
