Rich golden honey toned hardwood flooring flows throughout the main living area providing a warm feel. This open room is light and bright due to all the sunny windows throughout. An accent chair and a plush blue couch that doubles as a queen-sized sleeper sofa faces a wall-hung flatscreen TV. The kitchen is quite spacious and has everything you need to create a fun family meal. Creamy white cabinetry is accented by a white quartz countertop that wraps around to provide space for setting out tasty seafood appetizers. The charming oval dining table nearby has six white wooden chairs with pastel blue cushions that sit beneath a simple sconce torch chandelier. There is a spacious Guest Bedroom on the first floor with a king sized bed and access to a full hall bathroom that doubles as a convenient dressing room for the pool. Two walls of windows enhance this room and there are double glass doors that place you on the porch poolside in seconds.

Upstairs is another large Guest Room with two full sized beds that are colorfully attired. It has access to a full hall bathroom along with glass doors that lead out to the wonderful wraparound balcony. The big Primary Bedroom with a full luxurious bath en suite has a King sized bed and double glass doors that lead out onto the balcony. There is a surprise Bonus Observation Room located roof top that has a queen sleeper sofa and a wall mounted TV.

This charming home is at the far western end of Scenic Highway 98 in Destin and is just a short five minute stroll to the beautiful beach. This Crystal Beach location places you minutes away from popular beachfront restaurants, some of which are within walking distance. Other top named restaurants, fun lively bars and lots of retail stores are minutes away at Destin. Family amusements are also close by including Big Kahuna's giant water park and miniature golf course. Enjoy a very fun memorable time here "at ease!"
