As soon as you enter Crystal Sands 306A, you are embraced by the sparkling seascape that is framed by a wall of sliding glass doors. They beckon you to enjoy the breezy views on the beachfront balcony. A vaulted ceiling in the open living area accentuates a spacious look while a dove gray couch and love seat face the vivid vistas. One couch conveniently converts into a queen-sized sleeper sofa for added bedding. The primary bedroom on this level has a sunny window, a king-sized bed with a decorative metal frame, and is accented by honey-toned hardwood furnishings. It has access to a full bath with a tub-shower combination that also serves as a powder room. The open staircase leads upstairs to separate family quarters. It includes a charming loft bedroom with a queen-sized bed, a full bath with a tub-shower combination, and a guest bedroom with two plush twin beds and two twin trundles. All rooms feature flatscreen TVs for evening viewing pleasure.

Crystal Sands is a smoke free environment with no smoking of any kind on the grounds, walkways, balconies, patios, parking lots, sidewalks, boardwalks, or the beach.

Personal umbrellas, tents, tarps, canopies, or cabanas are not permitted on the beach, with the exception of baby tents which may not exceed 48” in height. Umbrellas and chairs are available for rent through the onsite beach service. Private chairs are allowed to be set up behind the rental row of umbrellas.

At the discretion of the HOA, the community pool is typically heated year-round.
