Welcome to Southern Sands, a newly constructed vacation rental residence deliberately designed to graciously offer guests the very best amenities. The style of this home defines southern hospitality at its best. The special setting in Seagrove Beach is south of South Walton's Scenic 30A perched upon a lovely coastal dune lake just a leisurely stroll from the sugary sands of the beautiful beach.

Even better, you don't have to take a short stroll in order to enjoy a refreshing dip since this rental home comes with a large sparkling pool that is literally just steps away. It measures approximately 28ft by 12ft, so there is plenty of room for everyone to enjoy a watery frolic! The pool has an expansive multi-toned paver patio with an outdoor table, chairs, chaise lounges and a grill for poolside relaxation. A screened-in wraparound porch has high ceilings with fans, comfortable outdoor furniture and another dining table overlooking the pool. Here you may enjoy favorite drinks and dine poolside in this lovely gracious setting.  There is also a refreshing outdoor shower for rinsing off after a fun day at the beach.

Southern Sands has four suite-like bedrooms, one of which has multiple bunks and each bedroom has access to its own full bathroom as well as a TV.  Plus, there is also a private Bunk Nook that allows for an additional cozy sleeping option for guests. An additional half bath serves as a convenient powder room off the main living area. Up to 12 happy beach-going guests may be easily accommodated here and all in beds.

While filled with every modern amenity, this vacation home incorporates a charming Old Florida styled architecture- which warmly embraces you as soon as you arrive. A pale nautical blue exterior is trimmed in white including a columned entry porch. The newly landscaped yard is adorned with multiple palms, clusters of sea grass and other indigenous tropical plants.

The first floor includes a large Great Room that encompasses the living, dining and open kitchen portions of the house. It has a comfortable and casually elegant look with high white-beamed ceilings, walls of windows and a fireplace (inoperable) with a Large Screen Smart TV above the mantle. A wraparound couch and two comfy armchairs complete the seating ensemble. Nearby, a large and rustic farm dining table has eight crisscross backed wooden side chairs and two woven high backed chairs at each end that sit beneath a classic candle chandelier. The spacious and open state-of-the-art kitchen features stainless steel appliances including a professional-grade range top, double oven, warming drawer, and a large side-by-side refrigerator with a wine rack perched above. An expansive granite bar includes five stools and these is also a separate Breakfast Nook with a rustic pub table that has seating for eight more so there is plenty of room for entertaining.

One of the inviting Guest Bedrooms is downstairs and comes with a queen size bed with a full bathroom en suite. The charming Primary Bedroom Suite overlooks beautiful Tresca Lake and has a king size bed with a full bath that includes a soaking tub and separate walk-in shower. One of the lovely Guest Rooms on this floor has a queen size bed with access to its own private bathroom. The Kid's Suite is a large den-like room with a couch and four bunks siding one wall that all face a Large Screen Smart TV. There is also a private Bunk Nook tucked in nearby that features wraparound windows and a twin bunk that sleeps two.

First Floor: Living Room, Kitchen, Dining, Queen Bedroom with Tub/Shower Combo, Powder Room.

Second Floor: King Primary Bedroom with Walk-In Shower and Soaking Tub, Queen Bedroom with Tub/Shower Combo, Bunk Room with Two Twin Bunks and Walk-In Shower, Twin Bunk Nook.
