The Village of South Walton is a low-density European styled group of buildings that wraps itself around a charming town green, which features mini art galleries, specialty boutiques and small eateries. Kids are encouraged to frolic on the lawn or play in a patio fountain that has multiple geysers of refreshing fun. There are two lushly landscaped pools on site for refreshing relaxation and the beach is easily accessible.

Village of South Walton 313D is a three bedroom condominium that can sleep up to six happy beach going guests. It is well appointed and decorated in a distinctive contemporary style that includes comfortable furnishings. Rich latte toned Travertine Marble flooring flows throughout for a clean spacious look. A sofa faces a flat screen TV for entertainment beside one of the sets of French doors that lead out to a breezy balcony overlooking the village green. A set of four high backed richly woven safari type chairs sit around a round glass topped table for dining. Four more may enjoy favorite drinks or savory snacks on dark chocolate colored raised wooden chairs that face the open kitchen beside a granite-topped bar. The ample kitchen features stainless steel appliances for fun culinary creations on those evenings when you decide to dine in.

The Master Bedroom has a full private bath en suite, a king size bed, a wall mounted TV, a sunny window and another set of French doors that lead out to the balcony. Both Guest Bedrooms share a full hall bath that doubles as a convenient powder room off the main living area. They each have a sunny window and one comes with a queen size bed while the other has a full.

The Village of South Walton has an awesome Seacrest Beach location right on South Walton's Scenic 30A. It is nestled right beside the charming community of Rosemary Beach, which features restaurants, shops, bistros and fun seasonal festivals. Other picturesque coastal villages along Scenic 30A are just minutes away by car offering additional delightful diversions for dining, drinks and family fun.
