"Land Zen" is the whimsical name of this gorgeous, gracious vacation home that can sleep up to 14 fortunate beach-going guests. You will find your carefree "Zen" state of being at this premier location on "Lands" End Drive, right beside the sugary shore in Destin Pointe. This exclusively gated community of privileged residents and their guests is located at the far western end of Holiday Isle, and is a beautiful world of its own. Destin Pointe features over 3,000 linear feet of white sand shoreline, two community swimming pools, a clubhouse, double tennis courts, basketball, shuffleboard, and a kid's playground.

Land Zen is a lovely home that warmly embraces its guests with a cheerful countenance that features white exteriors and tan upper-level wraparound columned verandas. The gorgeous interior décor and comfortable, fashionable furnishings look like they are right out of a current feature story in Southern Living magazine. It has a beach level living area, a second story open Great Room where the living, dining and kitchen areas dovetail together as one along with a top floor encompassing the bedroom suites. A beach level open air Media Room features a large TV suspended on rugged pillar posts with the dunes as a backdrop. Comfortable upscale outdoor furnishings and a gas grill provide an excellent spot for beachside entertainment. This area is adjacent to a bedroom with two twin beds.

Sets of double glass doors with arched transom windows upstairs lead to verandas which accentuate the light, bright open living area. Beach washed hardwood flooring throughout, and soaring ceilings provide a chic coastal feel. The spectacular scenery and the jewel-toned waters of the glittering gulf can be viewed from both upper-level verandas as well as from within. Adirondack chairs with tables invite you to enjoy the views firsthand with favorite tropical drinks and savory snacks. A comfortable creamy white couch with two matching chairs shares these vivid views and has a TV for entertainment. Nearby, a tropically inspired table lighted by a charming coach lantern has six tall straw woven chairs for charmed dining. Six beach styled stools sit beside a gleaming white island with matching light, bright kitchen cabinetry and glossed brick accented by state of the art stainless steel appliances. A colorful Bunk Room on this level has access to a full bath.

The top-level Master Bedroom and other guest suites have ensuite luxury baths. Each Guest Bedroom is comfortably furnished and individually adorned with lovely colors and decorative sea life décor. The spacious, comfortable cottage styled Master Bedroom has a king sized bed and a romantic gulf front balcony.

This Destin vacation home is near a sparkling pool and a grassy lawn with lounging arbors beside the beautiful beach. Serenity abounds here especially at sunset time above the glorious gulf. A lovely tropical lagoon attracts Great Blue Herons, Snowy Egrets, Seagulls, and assorted ducks. Besides the beautiful beach, some rock jetties nearby attract colorful tropical fish so you may enjoy the pleasurable pursuit of snorkeling.  Every week during the summer and on holidays dazzling fireworks can be seen at the end of Destin Pointe as they light up the skies over the marina at Harborwalk Village. This peaceful Zen world at "lands end" on Holiday Isle is surprisingly close by to restaurants, bars, free concerts and seasonal festivities in the heart of Destin.

Second Floor: Living Room with Queen Sleeper Sofa and Balcony Access, Dining, Kitchen, King Bedroom with Balcony Access and Shared Walk-In Shower, Laundry.

Third Floor: King Master Bedroom with Balcony Access + Walk-In Shower and Garden Tub, King Bedroom with Balcony Access and Walk-In Shower, Bunk Room with Queen/Twin Bunk + Queen Trundle and Tub/Shower Combo.

Based on the daily temperature and at the HOA's discretion, the Magnolia House community pool is seasonally heated.
